Alyssa Watts PT, DPT, OCS, TPS
Physical TherapistBorn and raised in North Olmsted, Ohio, Alyssa attended Ohio University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology. She then went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from South College in Knoxville, TN. Alyssa is a graduate from Evidence In Motion’s Residency Program where she became a Board-Certified Orthopedic Specialist (OCS). Her most recent accomplishment is earning the title of Therapeutic Pain Specialist (TPS) through Purdue University and Evidence In Motion. Currently, Alyssa is striving to complete her Fellowship in Pain Sciences.
Alyssa enjoys working with orthopedic patients of all ages and conditions but has a special passion for treating athletes and patients with knee pain.
As an Ohio native, Alyssa is a loyal Cleveland sports fan and catches a game whenever she has spare time with her husband, Justin. Alyssa also enjoys spending time with their three dogs Murphy, Marley, and Dipstick. She loves living in Texas but misses Ohio’s fall and snowy winters.

Kayte Forester PT, DPT, OCS, CLT

Born and raised in Grand Prairie, TX, Kayte attended Southwestern University in Georgetown, majoring in Kinesiology. Intrigued by the field of academica and research, she decided to pursue graduate school at Texas State University. As a graduate student Kayte collaborated with the exercise science, nutrition, and physical therapy departments to research behavior change theories, and at that time decided to pursue a doctorate in physical therapy. Kayte went on to attend South College in Knoxville, TN, where she graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT).
Kayte enjoys treating orthopedic patients of all ages with special interests in behavior change, lymphedema, and the female athlete triad.
Outside of the clinic, Kayte likes to run, play with her three dogs, listen to live music, paint, play guitar, and laugh. She’s also trained as an opera singer for two years, ran a marathon, is a published author, and has traveled to 10 countries.

Darby Green earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth. Prior to that, Darby obtained her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
In her free time, Darby enjoys hiking, being with family and friends, and traveling.

Sydney Delgado earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Baylor University. Prior to that, Sydney obtained her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Texas Tech University.
Sydney is currently completing her orthopedic residency through Evidence In Motion (EIM).
In her free time, Sydney enjoys adventuring outdoors, spending time with friends and family, and traveling.

Alyson received her B.S. in applied science from Youngstown State University, where she also received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She has completed Orthopedic Residency through Evidence In Motion, as well as executive coaching from the University of Texas Dallas. Her specialties include orthopedics, pain, pelvic floor, and executive coaching.
In her free time, Alyson enjoys reading, live music and working out.

Katie Schweitzer PT, DPT, OCS

Katie Schweitzer PT, DPT, OCS
Katie Schweitzer graduated from The University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s of Arts in English and Russian and then received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Armstrong State University in Savannah, Georgia. She is a graduate of Evidence in Motion’s (EIM) Orthopedic Residency and The International Institute of Spine and Pain’s Therapeutic Pain Science certification. She became an Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) in 2017.
Dr. Schweitzer enjoys working with orthopedic patients of all ages, with special interest in pelvic floor dysfunction, pregnancy pain, and persistent pain.
Katie enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, Adam, and two dogs Wally and Sasha. A former collegiate rower, she enjoys getting on the water whenever possible and finding pavement for her road bike.

Clinic DirectorAlexandra is the Clinic Director at the New Braunfels location.
Alexandra (Ali) Higgins earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of the Incarnate Word (UIW). Prior to UIW, she graduated from Vassar College with her Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience and Behavior and a correlate sequence in Religious Studies. She completed her orthopedic residency through Evidence In Motion in 2017 and became a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist (OCS) in 2018. She has also completed a certification in neurologic clinic practice through NeuroRTI.
Dr. Higgins enjoys working with orthopedic patients of all ages with a particular interest in addressing neurological related pathologies.
A former collegiate basketball and soccer player, Ali participated in two NCAA basketball tournaments and a combined four conference championships. She is currently the only athlete in Vassar’s history to start in conference championships in two different sports. She continues to stay active through Crossfit and enjoys hanging out with her dog, Georgie.

Physical TherapistEmily Trevino earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the Baylor University Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. Prior to that, Emily obtained her Bachelor of Science in Education for Health Science Studies from Baylor University.
Emily has completed an orthopedic residency through Evidence In Motion (EIM) through which she has obtained her orthopedic clinical specialist (OCS) certification. Emily is most interested in treating the aging population, neurological-related pathologies, and pelvic health.
In her free time outside of the clinic, Emily enjoys hiking with friends, running 5k’s, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.

In his free time, Dr. Decker enjoys hiking, hunting, weight lifting, traveling, and spending quality time with his wife and two dogs.
