Our family was super excited when a new outpatient PT clinic moved into the neighborhood, and now that we’ve been there, we’re thrilled to recommend it to anyone needing physical therapy.
My dad first went to this location after experiencing a motor vehicle accident. The office worked directly with his attorney and his doctors to coordinate care and get him the care he needed. He completed his clinic PT and kept up with his therapy exercises using the techniques and recommendations made.
After my dad had a great experience with the staff, my mom got her surgeon to send PT orders here so that she could get rehabilitated after shoulder surgery. Both of my parents worked with Jimmy and the PTAs who were caring, professional, and challenged them along the way.
We will continue to use the Goodnight Ranch location of TxPTS for all of our physical therapy needs and offer our highest recommendation to Jimmy Durham and the entire Goodnight Ranch team. Thank you for your care!

I’m very appreciative of Dr. Dunn and the staff of Texas Physical Therapy Specialists. My experience over the last six months with this group has been stellar. Dr. Dunn is knowledgeable, patient and kind. He helped me get my strength and mobility back after my knee surgery - something I will always be grateful for. The facility overall is clean and well-organized with a positive atmosphere. My interactions with everyone, including receptionists and technicians, was always pleasant and encouraging. I would recommend this group to anyone.

Dr. Danny Nguyen is fantastic! He showed a genuine interest in my need for PT and developed a treatment plan that started showing positive results after just a few visits. He listened to my feedback and made adjustments to ensure I was getting the most productive treatment during my visits. I just "graduated" after 8 weeks and feel so much better compared to when I started. Thank you, Dr. Danny, and all the associates and staff at the Pflugerville location!

I am currently taking a medication that has affected my balance. At my request, I asked my doctor to refer me to a physical therapy group that knows about rehabilitation of balance.
He recommended Texas Physical Therapy. Fortunately, they had an office within a ten minute drive of my home.
I went there and was assigned Jimmy Durham as my physical therapist. Jimmy is a very personable and knowledgeable young man who evaluated my condition and developed a plan for my recovery.
I am 80 years old, so he had a challenge on his hands. However, he persevered and within 15 visits has managed to get me back to about 90% of my balance. During this time I had homework to do between visits which helped to speed things up.
Meanwhile, each visit became more strenuous than the last.
It was difficult but we'll worth the effort and some pain.
All of the staff at Texas Physical Therapy are very friendly and caring about your progress..
So, thank you Jimmy and staff.

Dr. Colleen Shadburn at Texas Physical Therapy Specialists was incredible! First major injury for me, and she made the whole process doable. She pushed me, kept me honest, cheered me on, and set a high bar that got me back. I’m grateful. I’ll send a picture when I’m packing an animal out of the mountains. That’s how much her work meant. Total pro. Highly recommend!

Great PT personnel at this location. Always clean and friendly. Dr Garcia is a great Physical Therapist. He’s very knowledgeable, friendly and truely cares about his patients. Thanks to him I am at 90+% of being totally recovered!! He even had to extend my sessions with my insurance and got additional sessions for me. Thank you Carlos for your care!!

Ended up at TPTS after a shoulder injury. It was a four month process but I would definitely look up to the mornings I hat PT on. Had the luck of working with Dr.Dunn and he was great, took the time and patience to walk me through the injury and recovery process. The one on one’s definitely help out. The whole staff is great all around.

Dr. Alisa is spectacular! (pronounced Aleesa). She was thorough in her initial assessment and pinpointed the problem area (which the dr who referred me had misdiagnosed).
She helped me gain strength in all the right muscles to get me feeling better & back to my normal activities AND she was super fun to work with! She always made sure that I knew what I was supposed to be doing between visits and was quick to respond to emails when I had questions. 10/10 highly recommend.

I have been getting treatments on my right knee at Texpts. I am very pleased with texpts. The moment you walk into the office, you're are immediately met by Ms.Patti. she is very knowledgeable working with doctor offices and gets all the necessary documents to get you started. Texpts is very flexible with appointments and does it with a friendly smile. The entire staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. They observe everyone very close to ensure the patients safety. I have received the physical therapy from other places; however, Dr.Davis is the best! I am very comfortable and at ease working with her. She is accommodating with the plan of exercises that are best suited for my recovery. The plan met all my expectations. I highly recommend this facility and give them five big starts.

Dr.Phommavong worked with me for several months & happily my mobility issues have improved a lot. She is excellent at explaining why something is or is not helpful fir me, gives personalized advice on out-of-clinic things i should do to continue improvement, and makes adaptations to better help the patient. I would return to her with any future issues.

Let me start first by saying how welcoming the entire staff is. I would show up to my 7am appointments and everyone had a smile on their face and were happy to see you. I worked with Dr. Rolene and she really took the time to come up with a plan that best fit my needs. Each appointment she would spend individual time with me checking in and gauging my progress. She did an amazing job not just making you feel like another patient. A special shout out to Ramsey and Keith, they were always ready when you arrived, and kept the experience upbeat and fun.
