My health insurance referred me to this place. At first, everything was fine. The receptionists were very kind, Dr. Danny was very nice, but I had a big problem. I started the treatment and the receptionist scheduled several appointments so that I could continue my knee treatment, going from December into January, and during this time my health insurance was going to change like every year-end. So, the receptionist explained to me that I already had 20 sessions authorized by the insurance and that it wouldn't be a problem to continue into January even though I was changing insurance, because a certain number of sessions were already authorized. Well, January came and they confirmed my appointment and I went. I even asked if everything was okay with the insurance, and the girl said yes. I went in and continued my treatment, then the doctor asked me if I had changed insurance and I said yes, but that I had already asked the receptionist and she said everything was fine, so he said he would go and confirm with with her because he thought the insurance wouldn’t cover it since the year had changed and I switched insurance. He went there, talked, and came back saying they would pause the treatment until the insurance issue was resolved and I request a new referral for them. So I asked if everything was okay and that I wouldn’t have to pay since the receptionist said I could make the appointment even with the insurance change. And they said everything was fine. Then in February, I get a bill from the clinic charging me for that session I had, which shouldn’t have been scheduled because of the receptionist’s mistake, but since it was their error I didn’t think it was fair to charge me, especially since I asked to make sure I wouldn’t have to pay. I had to pay $95 for their mistake, because it's always like this—things go wrong for the weaker side. So the three stars I gave are because of the lack of information about insurance, and in the end, I was the one who had to pay.

Dr. Ethan Hewitt and the whole team have been amazing! I feel seen and heard. At 70 and as a retired nurse I probably have higher expectations. Grateful they have been met. Highly recommend. My orthopedic doctor recommended them, which was significant as they have a PT team of their own. He said they were excellent and closer to home. Win-win for me. Allowed collection for Food For All Pantry. Community partner as well.

Dr. JP Phillips and all the staff there were attentive kind helpful made me feel better provided the expertise needed for my heating. Thank you so much!

Due to a recent shoulder injury, I’ve had to begin physical therapy for the first time ever. Thankfully, I came across this clinic and I couldn’t have made a better choice. My PT Danny and PTA Kailee have been so kind and reassuring throughout this process, answering every question I’ve had thoroughly and assuaging any reservations I’ve intimated to them. They’ve been very attentive to my healing and progress, and assured me during times of doubt that I’m on the right track. They’ve dedicated themselves to the science of physical therapy wholeheartedly and I know I’m in great hands with them.
I’d also like to shoutout the PT techs, who keep me on time with my exercises and ask me how I am getting along. And, I want to extend gratitude to the care coordinators who work with my schedule and my insurance company to make sure I have the least amount of obstacles in my way possible. Their friendly faces and funny banter always getmy (sometimes) grueling hour off to a good start. I can’t wait to see how much stronger I’ll be because of you all. Thank y’all!

Nikki Belt and Kailee Krieg are the best! Aside from monitoring progress in numbers, what makes them so special is that they really LISTEN TO AND RESPOND TO THEIR PATIENTS. Addressing daily life tasks that present a struggle and finding movements or strengthening exercises to help accomplish them. Have a ways to go yet...and, not always easy...but am confident having these gals on this journey with me!

I really enjoyed the staff and their services. It was great to get such professional and enjoyable therapy with a focus on my comfort and personalized goals. Dr. Nikki was amazing!! I even took my little one in at times, who they were so sweet to while I did my exercises.

Dr. Danny Nguyen was very knowledgeable and helpful when I started getting knee pain and ankle pain from an old injury. He was very professional and walked me through the entire treatment at my comfort and ability. He then provided easy guidance for me to take home to rehab and strengthen my muscles around the weak areas. Highly recommend going to see him for proactive and preventative treatment.

I had a great experience with Dr. Danny Nguyen for my knee treatment and Dr. Kaille Krieg at the clinic. Dr. Nguyen was very knowledgeable and provided an effective treatment plan that really helped improve my knee condition. Dr. Krieg and the entire team were kind, professional, and attentive. The clinic is clean and well-organized, and I always felt comfortable during my visits. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing to get back on your feet. Everyone there is professional, attentive, and kind. They have helped me to come back healthier and stronger. My PT was Danny and he is a great PT that knows what you need and makes sure you get back to 120%, Kailee is another PT that helped me a lot and knows a great deal about the body. They also have a PT student Ari that shows determination, attentiveness, and hunger to learn how to get patients back on their feet. This place is amazing everyone is kind and you'll definitely get healthier faster.

I found the staff here to be very encouraging, knowledgeable and flexible. The therapists listened to my input and feelings and considered them when planning my sessions. The front desk gals were kind and patient! Thoroughly enjoyed and benefitted from my time with this clinic!

Dr Danny Nguyen was amazing. He surpassed the expectations I had come to build based on the previous physical therapy needs that I have had in the past. Definitely made me feel hopeful, when it came to achieving the goals set for my physical abilities.

This location is amazing! The ladies at the front desk are fun, efficient, and on top of things! The therapists are attentive and really pay attention in order to develop a therapy plan that works for each patient.
