I went here for 4.5 months and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for pain relief, especially following an injury or surgery.

Justine worked a lot with the teens that were there at the same time as me. She did a great job with them, letting them know what to expect and what to look for, not treating them as little kids nor as experienced adults. Overall, she is respectful.

Ann is the kind of person that makes your day better just by being in it. She gives you the feedback you need to continue doing better each visit, but does so in a way that makes you smile.

Ben treated me like an intelligent adult from the very first conversation. We talked a little about my medical history and he was able to explain how what I was feeling now can be linked back directly to what I've been through. In the past, doctors have told me that it was just a coincidence and it's just my age causing my aches and pains.

The assistants were really helpful. They would walk around from patient to patient and tell us what to do next. They were not only helpful, but they were great about seeking help when needed. If I had any follow-up questions, if they didn't know the answer right away, they'd seek it out for me. Good luck in PT school, Jose!

The front office did a great job of working with insurance and letting me know about any issues that came up. They were so wonderful to me when I had to do some canceling and rescheduling because of various sicknesses (and a canceled flight) that happened during my time of being a patient there.

Finally, Devin and his interns were my therapists and I can't say enough good things about them. I went from being sore all the time to cleaning up a yard full of branches from the freeze without any reaction. They also me respectfully, listening to me and providing feedback. They would explain why I was doing what I was doing and what to look for as clues that I was ready to move on or take it back a notch. I'm glad that Devin does so much educating because if the next graduating class of PTs were like him, they're going to do great.

I went to Dr. Delli Santi for physical therapy and had a very positive experience. He was very attentive and listened to my symptoms of pain. He knew exactly which exercises I needed to do in order to strengthen that area and I followed through with his instructions. After doing the rehab exercises, I'm now pain free and I'm so grateful to have found such a great physical therapist.

I would highly recommend Dr. Delli Santi and Texas Physical Therapy Specialists to anyone who is serious about their physical well-being. Everyone at the office was so friendly and welcoming and they genuinely care about your progress.

Although there are some negative reviews, I would take those with a grain of salt. Some of these reviews don't make any sense and it looks like they were written by people who are just looking for attention. Don't let the negativity deter you from visiting this practice, as you won't be disappointed.

I had a leg injury due to a mountain bike crash that took about nine months to heal, seven months of that time was spent doing physical therapy at TPTS under the expert care of my therapist Adriana Salas.

Without Adriana’s help, I wouldn’t have been able to return to my pre-crash fitness and would have dealt with chronic pain and poor fitness indefinitely.

Adriana was systematic in approaching my therapy, and put me through a progressive regimen that focused on healing and strengthening. I badly wrenched all of the muscles, ligaments and tendons in my left leg - from toes to thigh - so this was no easy task.

I am forever grateful for the professionalism and compassion Adriana and the entire staff showed me, and every patient I worked alongside on the long road to recovery, and most highly recommended the South Congress TPTS in South Austin for anyone in need of a great physical therapy team!

I've visited this location many times, for two separate issues: persistent back pain and a knee injury.

I work at a job that requires a lot of sitting and idling, and that has taken a toll on my back over the years. It got to the point where I just had to lie in bed with a heating pad on my back for hours just to be able to stand up. After discussing it with my doctor, he recommended TexPTS and I can see why he did! It's been an absolutely fantastic experience, with Tony guiding me along through my journey to strengthening my back. I was already grateful for the work Tony did, but he was willing to go the extra mile and answer the many questions I had about the process. Tony even offered good advice on what the best approach is when continuing the exercises at home after the appointments are over. I can confidently say that my back is stronger than it has been in a long time, and my pain is nonexistent.

During the appointments for my back pain, I managed to also injure my knee, damaging multiple ligaments. Tony was ready to go with that too, and immediately went to work. We quickly got exercises going and I almost immediately started noticing improvements. Fast forward six weeks and my legs are stronger than when I came in. I can say with absolutely certainty that this was only possible because of Tony's (and the rest of the staff!) fantastic work and I'm very grateful.

If physical therapy is something that can help you on your journey to recovery, I can't think of a better place than here for it. The staff is wonderful, everybody cares about your recovery and are very understanding about your situation. TexPTS was a fantastic experience for me and I'm glad for the experience and knowledge that will keep me healthier for years to come!

Jonathan Delli Santi helped me after my neck injury. He was so patient and gave me the best exercises that really helped me get stronger. Now I’m continuing to get even stronger as I’m back to climbing and doing the sports I love.

I had the best experience with Scott and his team at Tex PTS. I started going to physical therapy in 2022 for long COVID to help get my strength back after becoming deconditioned from COVID. After 4 months I transitioned to PT for my scoliosis. Scott and his team helped me to get my life back from long COVID, and helped to make my scoliosis more tolerable. I just finished physical therapy and feel so much stronger and basically back to my pre COVID self. I am so grateful for Scott and his team's support and would recommend Tex PTS to anyone!

My experience at TPTS was top notch. It started with the front desk staff, to the PTA's down to my therapist. Kim, Chris, and Mikayla(sp?) were all great at helping me achieve my PT goals. The stone oak location is well equipped, clean, multiple tables and plenty of space. Need PT, this place wont disappoint and I got a free shirt!

Dr Leanna Garza and Morgan were wonderful! I went in a few weeks ago with knee pain after surgery and they worked with me to increase mobility and strength. I graduated already and am very grateful to both of them! Thanks!

Kelsey Berk is an exceptionally dedicated professional. She guides her patients towards better health by carefully reading the doctor’s referrals as well as listens to each patient’s reasons for seeking her help. She trains her patients in the type of therapies which can help them accelerate their recovery. She balances the seriousness she administers care by not taking her self too seriously. I enjoyed the easy humor she expresses so effortlessly at many a session. Moreover, although she is the director at Bailey Square she is open to suggestions her staff provide that could improve the patients progress.

Page Barnard is a exceptional therapist very professional and extremely great at her skill set
