New Braunfels County Line – Texas Physical Therapy Specialists

Awesome facility and staff! So happy to have this professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, friendly and fun staff help me recover quickly from hip replacement surgery. They had me back to living life fully and without pain in a few weeks. I highly recommend this location for your PT needs.

Dr. Pancho is awesome. I was a skeptic having a bad experience several years ago with PT but my shoulder kept me from sleeping with extreme pain, I had to try something beside surgery. After about 9 sessions feeling much better. Now after 16 sessions almost completely gone. I've had the pain for over 5 years. I'm a believer now. Give it a chance it couldn't hurt(after a while- lol)

I’ve been receiving treatment here for multiple weeks. Tremendously grateful to the staff for creating a plan tailored around providing treatment for my identified weakness in my knee, as well as other areas that might be inhibiting that knee, especially when modifications are needed. Big thank you to Dr. Pancho for constantly educating me during the treatment process and Dr. Lillian for adding humor to the pain. LMBO. Also Rachel is the best!

Absolutely loved my experience here! I came in wearing bilateral knee braces and walked out wearing none! The environment was always fun and motivating and the crew was always excited to help get me better and stronger!

Cant say enough about how much I loved this place! Sad to go but HAPPY TO GRADUATE!!

The staff here was awesome. They listened to what I needed. They were always checking on me when I was doing my sets to make sure I was alright. They were so kind and that means a lot. 🥰💕

Dr. Poncho is so kind and informative. His plans and homework are effective and he always adapts to how you’re feeling. All of his staff is super kind and supportive. They also have awesome music playing. They deserve 10 stars instead of 5!

Great place, everybody is very attentive, professional and they really care for their patients, Dr Pancho is in my opinion a very caring, knowledgeable, charismatic professional and gets the job done , there’s also Dr Lilian she’s right up there with the best , I’m going to need more therapy in the future ( unfortunately need another surgery) and I wouldn’t go anywhere else

Awesome help with recovery on a shoulder and finger injury. Very inviting and friendly. The staff listened to my concerns and goals and developed a plan that fit my needs and then helped me execute the plan.

Great place for PT! Everybody is friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable. Best place to rehab in NBTX!!!

Pancho and his staff are very compassionate therapists who really care about their patients
I came in on a walker after a hip replacement now I've advanced to a cane and hopefully remove the cane in a couple weeks
I also have a bad drop foot and the therapy seems to be helping that as well
I highly recommend this County Line location

I can't say enough good stuff about Dr. Melendez and the entire staff. They are caring, welcoming and always helpful. I always leave feeling better than when I came in and the PT has helped me immensely,.

I've been to many different Physical Therapist due to my back problems and I have to say that TX Physical Specialist has been one of the best. Dr. Melendez has great bed side manners, very compassionate and knowledgeable. A huge plus for me, is that it's conveniently located.

Okay, so surely no one expects to "like" going to PT? That said, this is as good as it gets. They are conscientious, careful, caring and apparently like what they do. I have to confess, I kike it!

Absolutely incredible! When I first went to physical therapy, I was in excruciating pain in my neck and shoulder! I could barely move!!! It was worse than childbirth pain! Thank you to the magnificent team at Texas PTS who was so patient, kind, and understanding with me. I have ZERO pain now and avoided injections and surgery with their help! Dr. Pancho and Dr. Garza are incredible!!!!

I walked in with leg pain and walked out after 12 sessions feeling a lot better than it was finally being able to live my life pain free again. This was my first time in physical therapy so I was a little nervous going into it at first but Dr Poncho and his team made it a fun, and memorable experience. Him and his team are very compassionate therapists with their patients and always listens to their needs. Without him and his team I couldn’t have gotten through the pain alone and will always be grateful for their help in my time there.

The PT’s and staff are knowledgeable, professional, patient, and encouraging. That’s the formula I needed to work hard and heal accordingly. I highly recommend!

Best Physical Therapy Staff you have ever encountered! Very versatile to your needs, whether it be post surgery or regular maintenance. Very efficient results as well! Everyday that I was in the facility, there was never a goal not being met, smiling on everyone, and great conversation. Not to mention they are cost effective and work to meet your financial needs! If you Need Physical Therapy, this is the place to be.

Dr. Francisco Melendez (Pancho) and all the Physical Therapists and Staff who work at the County Line location are truly the very best in New Braunfels! And I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs PT for any reason! I went to them for about 5 weeks for treatment and when I finished, I was 100% better! They are not only professional and very caring, they're also just all around nice people who will help you get better!
