My experience has been wonderful. Everyone helps to create a healthful environment at this location. I work mostly with Jeff, and with his guidance I have gained strength and feel much relief overall. His experience and professionalism has made a difference in my recovery.

For about a month, I had a severe pain from my neck all the way down my lower back and into my left leg and foot. it was so painful that I could hardly walk and even had to use a wheelchair at airports during a vacation. Upon return, I went to my doctor who referred me to an orthopedic surgeon. X rays concluded that a sciatic nerve was the problem. Surgery was suggested and a prescription was given to me. I opted for physical therapy and went to TPTS. First, I was carefully diagnosed by Dr. Shadburne and I began a series of exercises , 3x/week, plus home exercises. During my therapy sessions with Dr. Shadburne, she carefully observed me during every exercise. Each time i went to therapy i got better and better, under I was successfully diagnosed as pain free. Dr. Shadburne eliminated the need for painful surgery. I have not had therapy In quite some time and my back, leg and foot are totally free of pain. I HAVE RETURNED TO A NORMAL LIFE!

Texas PTS and their team at this location provide such a great atmosphere and environment that you feel welcomed and not anxious to go back. Dr. Pancho, Francisco Melendez is a awesome physical therapist that really worked to find and alleviate my issues. His attention and care to his patients allowed me to feel better and help manage my issues. Also the music is fire!

I appreciated the attention to detail that everyone gave me TPPS. Dr Shadbourne was very helpful and also the team who pitched in to keep me on path. I am coming back in for another round of help but that is not their fault! lol

Can not give enough praise or thanks to the professionals at this facility. Dr. Shadburne and staff are so intent on customizing individual plans for each patient and listening to patient's needs. The staff is just amazing! They were always professional & courteous & very friendly too! I just recently wrapped up my session there and came back to the County Line location to visit them. I really enjoyed doing my therapy with Pancho, Jeff, & the rest of the staff members. It was a pleasure working with them. They made my sessions fun & I always looked forward in coming back for more :).

After 9 sessions, I went from not being able to sit or walk properly, to doing deadlifts and putting my own socks on. Dr. Melendez (Poncho) and his extraordinary team are miracle workers. I'm so grateful for their care, attention to detail, empathy, and punctuality. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get better from lower back sciatic pain (I had disc surgery L5/S1 for mine).

The County Line location in New Braunfels is spectacular. Jeff helped go from zero to 100%. My quality of life improved. Staff is professional and curteous. Chianti :-), Gabby and Pancho are excellent. I highly, highly recommend using this facility if you want to feel better and improve your quality of life!!!

I have been going to the Texas Physical therapy specialists location on County Line Rd, New Braunfels for Right knee Conditioning and the staff there is great. As soon as you walk in the door you can feel the positive vide in the room. I cannot specify just one name because the whole staff has treated me great and continue to look forward to going there until my knee says we are done. Again thank you

I have had a great experience with Dr. Pancho & Jeff & all the staff here. They sincerely take the time to actively listen to my whining, I mean, descriptions of my pain level / location :)- and I feel very validated. One of the best things is that they give you the ability to feel more in control of your recovery and reduction of pain by working with you in modifying your treatment sessions to match what you feel like you can handle or what you feel like you need to improve on. They have great expertise & knowledge but do not feel threatened by questions or suggestions, so each session is very individualized and you don’t have to be hesitant to provide input because they are very caring and want to listen to you and make your experience better - as opposed to my doctor who was very dismissive of my symptoms and pain 🙁 I am so thankful Dr. Pancho decided to pass up other exciting career possibilities, like becoming an NBA player, to be the awesome physical therapy provider he is! 😉

We absolutely love the care we have received at Texas Physical Therapist Specialists. My son receives care at the New Braunfels location off walnut and county line. From day 1 of the evaluation to now, the staff has been super friendly and knowledgeable about the care my son needs to recover from a broken femur. They are up front about the cost and the policies. Dr Pancho is always available for questions and a great listener. My son looks forward to his PT when he gets to work with Drew and Dr. Pancho. Chianti at the front desk is very knowledgeable and super kind as well. Hands down best PT services.

I had the pleasure of working with Francisco "Pancho" at Conviva Care Center, where I served as an activity coordinator. Pancho provided an outstanding fall prevention class for our seniors. He was always friendly, had a constant smile on his face, and truly cared about the well-being of each participant.
