New Braunfels County Line – Texas Physical Therapy Specialists

A phenomenal place, not once did I feel like I wasn’t welcomed or that I wasn’t making any progress. Even with my tight schedule due to high-school, my leg pain went from being a 10/10 to a 0/10 in just a month.
I would highly recommend Colleen and Jonathan.

The therapists and the techs at the County Line facility are an awesome group of people. I went there with a goal and they worked diligently to help me achieve that goal. Shoutout to Hannah for the great care and concern she showed for my care, and adding new exercises as she felt I was ready and making sure I had the needed printouts to do my “homework”

The staff here are awesome, from the receptionist who is a sweetheart to the rest of the staff. Dr Melendez, Jeff and Rianna all treated me with kid gloves. I highly recommend them for the best care possible. A positive, friendly atmosphere Rach time you arrive!

Jeff is an incredible physical therapist, and there is a reason everyone speaks so highly of him. He is one of the most welcoming, trustworthy, and compassionate people I’ve ever experienced in healthcare. He genuinely cares about his patients and always takes the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and adjust my treatment based on how I’m doing. I never feel rushed or ignored. He’s patient, encouraging, and always looking for ways to make exercises or treatments easier when needed so I can continue making progress. It’s obvious that his goal isn’t just to get you through an appointment and he truly wants you to heal and get better.

Kathleen at the front desk is also wonderful. She is always so kind, welcoming, and friendly every time I come in. A warm and caring first impression is honestly hard to find these days, and she consistently makes every visit a positive experience.

Megan, the physical therapist assistant, is just as great. She is always so sweet, and helpful. She takes the time to make sure I’m comfortable and is always willing to help with whatever I need.

Colleen is an amazing Physical Therapist. She really gets to know her clients on a personal level, making physical therapy not only beneficial to go to but fun as well. I am lucky to have her helping me through this healing journey. Thank you for all you do Colleen!

I started to see Dr. Colleen Shadburne after switching from a physical therapist that was only a 5 minute drive from home, and being under her care is well worth the 35 minute drive. Dr. Colleen is professional, dedicated and compassionate. From my very first visit it was clear that she knew what she was doing and had a good plan for my recovery. Dr. Colleen was sensitive to my needs as a female who was seeking care from a female provider.

I've been working with Dr. Pancho as I recover from my surgery. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about my progress. He takes the time to explain everything, and answers all of my questions. All the staff is nice and caring . I love the location and the place is always very neat! I would definitely recommend this place !

Such a great place! They know what they are doing and increase your exercise to to meet your needs.

Pretty awesome. It’s pretty fun and even gives me a work out as well as helping me relax more than usual. I personally have a busy life and it’s hard to do small excercises sometimes since that’s not usually my focus. 10/10 experience 😛🫶
