Physical Therapist Leander Physical TherapyDr. Christian MacIntyre earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Texas at Austin and went on to complete his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Hardin-Simmons University. Following his doctorate, he completed an Orthopedic Residency through Hardin-Simmons University. He is an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and has earned his Certification in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) through the McKenzie Institute.
Christian works with patients of all ages who are experiencing any orthopedic issues or pain. He believes in communicating and collaborating with patients to assist them with taking control of their care and improving their function. And ultimately strives to guide them on a journey that gets them back to what matters to them.
He leads a faith-driven life and enjoys continual learning. In his free time, he is usually reading, traveling with his fiancé, playing with his dogs, or Olympic weightlifting.

Physical Therapist San Antonio – Westover Hills Physical TherapyCaleb Comer earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of the Incarnate Word. Prior to that, Caleb obtained his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of North Texas.
Caleb is currently an orthopedic resident and is most interested in treating patient’s knees and shoulders.
In his free time, Caleb enjoys collecting vinyl records, cheering on several Texas sports teams, and exploring local cuisine.

Clinic Director, Physical Therapist Austin – Southwest (West Gate) Physical TherapyDr. Tyler Adams graduated with his Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology from The University of Tennessee at Martin, before attending University of St. Augustine in Austin, Texas where he graduated with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Tyler continued his education through Evidence in Motion to become a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist.
During his time at University of St. Augustine, he coached for Orangetheory Fitness in the north Austin area and continues to coach occasionally on the weekends. Upon graduating, he decided that the community and friends he found was too great to leave behind and decided to begin his career in Austin.
In his spare time, Tyler enjoys exploring Austin’s local parks with his dog Zazu and trying to eat anything a food truck will throw his way!

Physical Therapist New Braunfels Physical TherapyBorn and raised in Grand Prairie, TX, Kayte attended Southwestern University in Georgetown, majoring in Kinesiology. Intrigued by the field of academica and research, she decided to pursue graduate school at Texas State University. As a graduate student Kayte collaborated with the exercise science, nutrition, and physical therapy departments to research behavior change theories, and at that time decided to pursue a doctorate in physical therapy. Kayte went on to attend South College in Knoxville, TN, where she graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT).
Kayte enjoys treating orthopedic patients of all ages with special interests in behavior change, lymphedema, and the female athlete triad.
Outside of the clinic, Kayte likes to run, play with her three dogs, listen to live music, paint, play guitar, and laugh. She’s also trained as an opera singer for two years, ran a marathon, is a published author, and has traveled to 10 countries.

Physical Therapist San Antonio – Stone Oak Physical TherapyDr. Elise Tamburelli received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from UT Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas in 2010. Prior to this, she received a BA in Dance from Texas Women’s University where she was a member of the international touring company as well as a member of a local professional dance company.\
Elise became an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) in 2014, a Certified Spinal Manual Therapist (CSMT) in 2015, and in 2019 completed a fellowship in orthopedic manual physical therapy, achieving the status of Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT). These specializations allow her to be actively involved in education, teaching in-house for TexPTS as well as across the country for Confluent Health and the Bellin College Fellowship. Elise is also the Residency Coordinator for TexPTS, supporting both residents and mentors alike.
When she’s not in clinic or traveling the country teaching, Elise enjoys spending time with her family in the great outdoors, preferably by a body of water and with good music!

Physical Therapist New Braunfels Physical TherapyKatie Schweitzer graduated from The University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s of Arts in English and Russian and then received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Armstrong State University in Savannah, Georgia. She is a graduate of Evidence in Motion’s (EIM) Orthopedic Residency and The International Institute of Spine and Pain’s Therapeutic Pain Science certification. She became an Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) in 2017.
Dr. Schweitzer enjoys working with orthopedic patients of all ages, with special interest in pelvic floor dysfunction, pregnancy pain, and persistent pain.
Katie enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, Adam, and two dogs Wally and Sasha. A former collegiate rower, she enjoys getting on the water whenever possible and finding pavement for her road bike.

Physical Therapist Austin – Avery Ranch Physical TherapyDr. Morgan is the Regional Managing Partner for North Austin, and the Clinic Director for Avery Ranch and Georgetown.
Dr. Morgan attended Texas Tech University Health Sciences center in Lubbock where he graduated with Masters of Physical Therapy in 2004 and Masters of Athletic Training in 2005. In 2012, he completed a transitional Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) through Evidence In Motion with a focus on orthopedics and manual therapy. In 2013, he became Board Certified in Orthopedics (OCS) and competed EIM’s Manual Therapy certification. In 2015, he completed a Fellowship in Orthopedics and Manual Physical Therapy and was awarded Fellowship status by the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists. He has since followed up with specialty training in Chronic Pain through the International Spine and Pain Institute (ISPI). He also practiced as a licensed Paramedic for the local MICU level 911 service in Lubbock
In the clinic, Dr. Morgan strives to provide the best orthopedic care for all conditions with a focus on spine and chronic pain.
Ben serves as a Managing Partner and Residency Director for TexPTS with a focus on the growth and development of our clinical staff and team building.
He likes to spend his spare time with his wife, Cassie, and daughter, Madeline, play washers with friends, and try his hand at BBQing. He also travels the US teaching Physical Therapy skills through Evidence in Motion.
