Ramona Terrell Howard

Ramona Terrell Howard earned her Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of The Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas.

In her spare time, Ramona enjoys volunteering at local philanthropy organizations, dabbling in Real Estate, traveling, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.

Estefania Arguelles Clinic Liaison

Estefania Arguelles received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 2010. Estefania began her career in marketing soon after graduation working for an international medical school focusing on the California market. Later she became the marketing director for a local medical practice where she enjoyed educating patients on the benefits of preventative health and wellness focusing on women’s health.

Estefania is happy to be a part of the TexPTS Family and looks forward to continued efforts to educate the community in the importance of wellness.

In her spare time, Estefania enjoys exercising, cooking and spending time with her family.

Marcy Arizpe MHA

Marcela (Marcy) Arizpe received her Master’s of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Prior to that, Marcela received her Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Health Professions from Texas Tech University.

Marcy likes to spend her spare time outdoors with her two kids and husband.

Houston Gonzales Clinic Liaison

Houston Gonzales has been in the medical industry since 2012.  She has experience working as a Medical Assistant for a family practice and a top orthopedic surgeon in the Austin / Round Rock area.  She also worked for a Home Health Agency as a marketing representative before joining the TexPTS team.

In her spare time she enjoys traveling, photography, spending time with her daughter and family, and college sports!

Saveng Smith Clinic Liaison

Saveng Smith received her BA in Exercise Science and a minor in Athletic Training from Augustana College(Sioux Falls, SD).

She worked in the health and fitness industry for 16 years then over 6 years as a medical assistant/clinic manager for a couple highly respected orthopedic surgeons in Austin.

In her free time; she enjoys staying active with tennis, golf, hiking, and kayaking. She also loves to cook and try new restaurants.  Her pride and joy is her son and he keeps her busy with his love for basketball and football.

Bethany Moore Clinic Liaison

Bethany Moore has been the Chief AmaZing! Customer Service Officer for TexPTS since February 2008.  She started the marketing program for TexPTS and enjoys the challenge of creating new material to support the TexPTS programs, getting to work with the best people every day in the clinics, and knowing that her efforts in getting referrals help to get patients better, faster.

Bethany has a Business Degree from Indiana University in Ft. Wayne, Indiana.   Bethany enjoys being a part of the TexPTS family and looks forward to many great years to come!

Geoffrey Hutton

Geoffrey is a new member of Texas Physical Therapy Specialists. He comes from a background in healthcare marketing for both the Medevac and Home Health sectors. His favorite aspect of healthcare marketing is bridging the gap between patients and the providers that give them the care they need.

He has a degree in Business Administration from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. He enjoys his role with the Texas PTS family and looks forward to creating relationships in the Austin healthcare industry that will last for years to come.
