San Marcos East – Texas Physical Therapy Specialists

I have been going to PT for 10 years, and I am age 75. Not until I got with Dr. Tiffany and Dr. Isaac did I see positive results. They rocked my world and showed me how to do exercises that I had been absolutely forbidden to do before. Tiffany gave me the confidence to push beyond my self-imposed limitations, something no one had ever been able to do. She believed in me when I didn't. I actually have tears of gratitude in my eyes writing this. I wasn't given cookie-cutter exercises like everyone else over 65, which was what I expected due to past treatments at other clinics. At each appointment, when I walk in, she sizes me up and figures out what I need, right then and there. They really care and watch every move. Nothing gets past either of them, and I am forever grateful that. The staff is like family. I have never, ever received such genuine care in my life as they have given me. As long as I do my exercises, I am pain-free, and I take no pain medications.

Tiffany Constantino and the whole team here are absolutely amazing. I've been going here for a little over a month for debilitating neck and shoulder pain. When I am here I feel safe, seen, heard and genuinely cared for by literally the whole staff. It's been honestly nothing short of an incredible experience and I say that with extra emphasis after having been neglected, yanked around and flat out traumatized trying to get much needed help/care from multiple pain management clinics in the Austin and San Marcos areas.
Tiffany is my favorite but that being said I've been impressed with all of the physical therapists here at this location.
I feel at home here and just as importantly I've seen progress in my recovery/healing in the past month that I had needed and not been able to find in about 8 years of trying to get help elsewhere.
This is the only place I would bring a loved one to if I had a choice.

I've only had a few dealings with physical therapy ( both ACL reconstruction )and these folks by far are the best. Isaac was
my primary therapist and took the time to explain the process and what was to be expected the day of every appointment. I was extremely nervous and didn't say much at my first few appointments. After that, these folks became friends! From the office staff to the assistants to the therapists. They have a very warm and friendly vibe and like to have fun at work! I highly recommend the entire team here.

Texas PTS is an excellent clinic and I highly recommend them for your physical therapy needs. This location is very clean and the staff is incredible.

Riley McQuivey has been my care provider and the entire experience has been absolutely delightful. Physical therapy can sometimes be a drag, but Riley and the rest of the staff go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable.

I actually enjoy coming to PT, because the professionals who work here are deeply passionate about their craft and are committed to providing exceptional service to their patients.

My PT Dr. Was Isaac Akay and he was ahhhmazing. Caring, compassionate, gentle, always smiling, as were the rest of the Team. I hated when I graduated, but will need to return to see some of my favorite people.

Isaac and Riley were absolutely amazing. I worked with them after a torn acl and they were very knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. They also made pt a fun and enjoyable process!

The people here are so nice accommodating and helpful! I came in in a lot of pain and Isaac and the rest of the staff listened to all my rumbling and grumbling with a smile and sympathetic ear. All in all it was more of an amazing experience than I ever expected physical therapy could be. Thank you for all your knowledge , expertise and professionalism you will continue to be my go to for any physical therapy needs in the future!!!

We went here after hearing about Dr. Tiff and her work with Texas State Baseball/Football. This is where to go for sports for sure! In the waiting room there were people from high school, college, and folks came from as far as Dripping Springs and Marble Falls just to see her for baseball. Dr. Riley also helps with sports and was a collegiate water polo player and helped with my Olympic lifts. Dr. Isaac helped me with constant encouragement and unique exercises. I felt as if I had a team of PT's who cared about me and meeting my personal goals. I can say my overall performance improved after coming here and now I can do the sport I love pain free.

I can not say enough good things about Texas Physical Therapy Specialists on Wonder World Drive. All of the staff are professional, friendly, compassionate, and treat you as family. Dr, Issac and Dr. Tiffany are my Guardian Angels! I fell and fractured my hip and shattered my upper leg. I was in a wheelchair on my first visit to the clinic and 6 weeks later, Dr. Issac had me walking on a walker and progressed to a cane. I now walk freely in the house and use a cane for longer distances. I had a complication of sciatic pain after graduating from the clinic and walked in with severe pain and walked out without any pain after Dr. Issac and Dr. Tiffany worked on me! I will never go any where else but Texas Physical Therapy Specialists on Wonder World Drive!

playing Basketball again.

Dr. Riley was fantastic. He was present; listened to all my questions and answered them as we went along. Very caring about my chronic lower back issues. Took the time to explain my condition. I highly recommend him for any Physical Therapy!

Awesome place for all your PT needs! Riley was my PT and he was friendly, very helpful with any questions I had and at showing me my exercises and giving me tips on doing exercises at home! Staff was cool too! Had fun with everyone.

I got a referral for lower, lower back pain. I wasn't sure they could do anything about it as it really only happened when I had been sitting for a long time. But it turns out my tailbone was displaced, and with some very specific stretches and exercises and therapy, everything is aligning better and I can sit comfortably! Thanks!

Everyone at TPTS has done a great job of treating me. My physical therapist is Isaac, and he always greats me by asking how I'm doing, is there anything he needs to focus on before he starts treating. He always makes sure that I am feeling well before I leave, and sends me home with excerise to continue at home. He is by far the best therapist I have worked with. I love San Marcos Texas Physical Therapy Specialists. Dr. Isaac Acay and the entire staff were very welcoming and always attentive to my needs. The friendly atmosphere kept me motivated to work hard. My PT, Isaac Acay, PT, DPT, OCS, was exceptional. His expertise analyzing the source of my hip, thigh, and knee pain, adjusting my exercises to fix the problems, and constant monitoring led to my speedy recovery. After PT, I successfully hiked up to seven miles per day in the mountains of Wyoming. Thank you Dr. Isaac Acay and staff!

Dr. Constantino and her staff are the very best of what physical therapy can provide. Knowledge, creative and customized approach, compassion, support, encouragement, laughter, and celebrating the good outcome.I have utilized their service over 5 years to help with pain and mobility due to spinal issues. After back surgery, I couldn't get out of bed without help and had to sleep in a recliner for 2 months. I came to physical therapy for 6 months post surgery. After 6 monnths, I was able to do all of the things I was able to do before surgery including walking, biking, running and jumping for joy.

Tiffany Constantino has magic hands when she works on me. I'm grateful for her time and attention to my recovery!!! She's gotten me back to dancing in the past... So we're back at it again!! :).

My experience here was nothing short of a miracle. When I first came in I had recently gotten a serious injury, I was in a lot of pain, and hardly able to walk. Riley helped me overcome every single obstacle I faced and I am now pain free and able to function normally again, which is something that seemed impossible at the beginning of this journey. The entire staff truly cares about you and your well being, and they listen to every single concern you have. I had a plethora of problems when I first started, and had even more pop up as I started getting deeper into my recovery, and every single one was addressed and successfully fixed by Riley. I have had some rough experiences with medical providers throughout my injury and recovery, and I always looked forward to coming here because I knew it was the one place I would be listened to and my problems would be addressed. It honestly makes me sad that I’ve finished my care here now! I love the staff so much and they are all truly so amazing.Thank y’all for working with me for the past 8 months, I am so beyond grateful!! Would rate y’all a 1000/10 if I could.
