San Antonio – SMASA Oak Creek – Texas Physical Therapy Specialists

This is my 4th knee surgery I'm recovering from and have had each of my rehabilitations done with Texas PT and have been satisfied each time with my results at the end of the rehabilitation process. I've know my PT Erica, who's at the Westover Hills location, for a few years and she's given me the best experience during these journeys and has boosted my confidence in my abilities each time. All of the PT's at the facility make it feel like such a comfortable and socializing environment which brings more fun to my journey and lifts my mood each visit.

I have only had great experiences with this facility. Erica and the front staff are professional and accommodating me when I have to be home for the grandkids. When I have my treatment scheduled they are always on time.

Dr. Megan Rossano has been my husband’s and my physical therapist, and we can’t thank her enough for all she has done for us, dramatically improving mobility and eliminating persistent associated pain. Professional and personable, we are so very grateful she came into our lives.

Megan Rossano was a real professional. I appreciated her help, her understanding of my ailment and how she kept tailoring my therapy toward my weak spots. She also gave me a long-term collection of exercises to retain what I had gained through her therapy. If I ever need therapy again, I know who to see!

My son hurt his knee and the doctors here were great. They are very attentive and keep him on his toes. They have helped us through the process and open super early.

We were referred by our pediatrician for daughters Vball related sports injury and they are fantastic with her PT. Everyone that we have interacted with is very nice and professional. The therapists are very knowledgeable and very personable. Highly recommend them.

Absolutely LOVE Megan! She is amazing. She always has a smile on her face, is attentive and really helped my daughter in her recovery. At times my daughter would get discouraged because her progress wasn't where she thought she should be but Megan would encourage her and get her moving again. Dr Megan did my evaluation and it was a great experience, she explained the activities I need to do clearly and listened to my concerns and together we set up a plan that meet my needs.

The front desk staff the techs and the doctors; especially Erica are fantastic. I was apprehensive at first of coming in for treatment and the ladies in the front welcomed me and insured me I was in good hands and I’m am. My treatment is going amazingly well and honestly. I will be sad to go once I complete treatment they are all amazing…

Came in so little mobility with high pain level in my lower back and hips. Back feels so much better with little pain and able to sleep in bed. Working on hips now to get more mobility with more comfort in walking longer distance. Thanks Ryan and staff.

Ryan is awesome- explains and demonstrates, listens, and always has another way to try something if the first exercise doesn’t work well.
