Dr. Liz Garcia and her team are wonderful. She really listened to what issues I had and tailored the exercises to address the concerns. After receiving treatment here, I noticed a dramatic improvement in my body. I am super grateful to have met and worked with Dr. Liz and her team. I'm happy to graduate and go on my happy merry way, but sad to say goodbye to the team.

This facility has the kindest, sweetest and helpful staff working with the clients. From the front desk greeting to the doctors, therapist and assistants, all are so helpful and supportive when it comes to rehabilitation. They look holistically at the person and plan a program to work with the individual’s situation. They make you feel like more than just a client, you are family!
My rehabilitation was as only successful because of their concern for my wellbeing. Dr. Elizabeth Garcia made me feel like me again. I love her passion and concern for each and every patient. I highly recommend this facility if you want to have a place where you are priority. The entire staff is the best I have ever had the opportunity to help me get back to walking again. I just recently completed a course of physical therapy that was ordered by my doctor for sciatica. My therapists at the 9160 Guilbeau Road location were Liz and Mark and they formulated a regimen specifically for my sciatica. After 14 sessions, I am now virtually pain free and I want to thank Liz and Mark for all of their support and help in getting me back in shape! It feels good to feel good! Liz and Mark are the best!! I wholeheartedly recommend Texas Physical Therapy Specialists!!!

The therapist were very positive, gave clear directions, and explained the reasons behind the exercises. The friendliness and good humor were bonuses. But most importantly, my pain is less.

I came here for PT after ankle surgery. The environment is well structure and the staff are very attentive.

Not gonna lie, in the beginning didn't think Pysical Therapy would help me with my issue...I was completely wrong. LIZ AND MARK along with the other staff at Texas Physical Therapy were AMAZING!! Staff was friendly and helpful. All the staff was always cheerful and attentive to patient’s needs. They were hands on with assisting that you did exercises correctly. The gym was clean. They assessed daily as they watched me exercise and made corrections as necessary
I am very happy with the progress I made and would recommend others to this location.

I had a great experience with Texas PTS. Dr Tori Haffner performed my assessment and oversaw my treatment at each visit. She provided encouragement, guidance and adjustments, so my home exercises were correct and beneficial. If I need PT in the future, I will return. I recommend Texas PTS to anyone requiring physical therapy.

Dr. Liz and the crew were absolutely incredible!!! I had rotator cuff and labrum surgery and they worked with me to get me back to doing things I love to do. If you are needing PT, these guys ROCK!!! Thank you to the amazing staff for all of your help.

Texas Physical Therapy Specialists would get 6 stars from me if it was possible. The whole staff was amazing. Friendly, professional and dedicated to their patients. Tori especially was deserves recognition. Her genuine care for patients is evident with her patience and willingness to go above and beyond. She Explains the process and exercises in a way that make sense. Surgery is never fun but if I was forced to do it all over again I’d go to see them every day and twice on Sunday (if they were open). The team at Physical Therapy Specialists are outstanding! Dr. Liz Garcia is so knowledgeable and sweet. She was able to help me immensely with both my back and then my shoulder. My quality of life dramatically changed after seeing her. Mark, the PTA was so kind and really took the time to explain things to me. Nadia was so patient with me and made sure I was always able to get my appts scheduled. And Makayla is just the sweetest! She made me feel so comfortable, even when I felt out of place. The whole team really felt like my second family. Even Dr. Tori, who wasn't even my therapist, always took the time to check on me and see how I was doing.
I surpassed all of my therapy goals, and can accomplish so much more in my daily life now thanks to this great team!

I heard so many warnings about how bad therapy for knee surgery could be.
Not here. Everyone worked to make my recovery complete and as comfortable as possible. Allowing me to select my own tolerances and motivational push for the next level. I am having my other knee done and look forward to my return for their help with my recovery.

Because I went to PT with apprehension, I was not sure how much would be done to improve my "jello legs". This was what I called my condition. I had extensive foot surgery on March 15th, could not put any weight on my foot until May 4th, and from that point until June 20th I could step outside of my house only if my right foot was in my special boot. The boot helped me in the healing process but at at the end of that period, I was shaky when wearing a shoe which had a special insole that had been prescribed. I cannot praise Liz enough for the therapy she provided for me. She helped my foot but more than that, she helped improve my balance and leg strength. My movements are more confident and I have regained my ability to resume the activities which I had not been able to do. As a therapist, Liz has a unique way of encouraging her patients. She always applauded even the slightest follow through on my assigned tasks. She always made me feel good about what I was able to accomplish at each session. Also, her staff was always friendly and helpful. Now at the end of my therapy, I can sincerely say that I am very grateful for the therapy and personal attention that I received at TX Physical Therapy Specialists. I will gladly recommend them if asked by someone seeking physical therapy!

Such a great environment! Everyone was so welcoming! They definitely know what they are doing. Found the problem immediately and we began to work on it. Liz was very positive and supportive! Makayla was awesome! She was there to help with anything I needed and also very supportive! Nadia was very helpful and flexible with scheduling! Definitely recommend!!!

I have been with Texas Physical Therapy for multiple injuries and have been personally supervised thru recovery. Tori Haffner is the best! Her lesson plans are to heal and recover. Do not waste your time looking elsewhere for help. It is here on Tezel Road.

Enjoyed my therapy sessions with a staff that worked with me with exercises I needed to get my left knee get stronger. I really enjoyed all my session, so, again a big Thanh’s to Dr Tori and her staff.

I recently completed my physical therapy treatment at the Tezel Road location. From day one I was very impressed with the entire staff, very friendly and professional and the clinic is very nice and well maintained. I immediately was put at ease and felt that I had absolutely made the right decision in my choice of clinic and provider. My sincere thanks and gratitude to Dr. Elizabeth Garcia, Dr. Tori Haffner, Physical Therapist Assistant Mark Davis and clinic assistants Nicholas and Makayla. Also, thanks to Administrative Clerk Nadia. The most important result of my treatment, I feel so much better.

I highly recommend this place for your physical therapy! I had foot surgery in July and this is where I had my physical therapy. Nadia, Makayla, and Elizabeth were all amazing! I was greeted with nothing but kindness each day. Elizabeth was so kind and patient while working with me, and always explained what she was doing. You know she loves what she does! My foot is still healing but is so much better with the physical therapy I received and I continue to do the exercises that were recommended to continue.

Highly recommend coming here! I was in town for the holidays and needed to see a physical therapist for my ACL recovery. It was extremely easy to get an appointment set up and get my recovery going! The staff and therapists are very friendly and make you feel at home/comfortable from the moment you walk through the door. I got so much stronger within four weeks and was able to do these exercises at home too.
