Hi my husband came to Texas physical therapy here a few months back. So when I had surgery I decided to come here also. Would recommend it to everybody. Excellent in customer service . I would highly recommend Texas physical therapist if I could give a 10 plus I would. Thank you for taking care of us making us feel like part of your family

Kyndal Cantu is top-notch! She has wonderful manners & a caring demeanor. Her knowledge is unmatched & she always knows exactly how to help me & determine the best course of action. I highly recommend Dr. Cantu for all of your physical therapy needs.

Dr. Kyndal Cantu, is a DPT who truly cares for each and every one of her patients. She not only makes sure they are doing okay physically, but cares about them emotionally and makes sure they are getting the best physical therapy every time they come in for a session.

Dr. Chris Maldonado as well, is a DPT who has that connection with his patients that is just different from everyone else. Anyone who goes to see him, can always count on getting better immediately, or having a laugh during his sessions because he makes it enjoyable, and just an overall fun environment.

The staff are great. I had a problem with billing and they took care of everything. All the therapists are remarkable, friendly, and love what they do. They notice your level of pain and help you work with it and passed it. I recovered from rotator cuff surgery and now have full use of my shoulder, in less than 6 months. I highly recommend this location.

City Base staff are the best. The attention they provide to each client says volumes as they treat every single person with care. Very professional, I love this place!

I received exemplary service at this location. I came here for a WorkSTEPS Functional Capacity Exam and Drug Screening. Seth the Physical Tech has a very nice demeanor. He laughed and joked with me and at the same time remained extremely professional. I highly recommend this location to anyone seeking their services.

Front desk schedulers are very polite. Therapist are genuinely pleasant and very helpful.

From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with kindness from every employee there. Hannah was wonderful she was my occupational therapist. I am looking forward to returning and I feel very confident that this facility will help me in my road to recovery.
