Great place to go for physical therapy. All the staff is very friendly and courteous. Therapists work well with you and make sure your PT needs are handled with care. I’ve seen Cory Decker twice and will continue to go to him for any future therapy I may need.

Spectacular service!

I've been coming to Texas Physical Therapy for many years. The staff here on Common St. is phenomenal. Corey is very proactive on my progress and function of my knees. It's a warm, friendly environment full of dedicated therapist. I've never had a negative or bad experience here. I cannot say enough about the front desk and therapy staff. They deserve great rewards!!!

My skiing damaged left knee and my wife’s newly remodeled right knee have both benefited from the excellent treatment from PHD therapists/doctors Corey Decker and Alexandra Higgins. They and their assistants are knowledgeable, and compassionate. The front office staff is equally awesome, Stephen, Erica, Macaulay.

I have been going to Texas Physical therapy in New Braunfels TX from May to September for knee rebuildation with Emily and Sydney and they were amazing! They both were very sweet and helpful with my exercises and mobility. I highly recommend going to Texas Physical therapy in New Braunfels TX.

Excellent place! Staff is superb and a wonderful experience

I had a very severe sciatic nerve pain beginning in my upper back and extending all the way down my left leg into my foot. It lasted for more than a week while on vacation. I could barely walk. Dr. Shadburne prescribed a special routine of exercises that reduced the pain to ZERO. Thereafter, I took a one-month trip and had no pain at all. I am completely healed. Dr. Shadburne prescribed some easy daily post-therapy exercises to do to assure no relapse. They work! Thank you everybody at TPTS !!!!

Physical Therapists are very knowledgeable and great to work with. Front desk staff are very friendly. Easy to schedule appointments. Only complaint is sometimes there is a bit of a wait between each series of exercises.

I have had the absolute BEST experience with Dr. Katie Schweitzer on 2 separate occasions, 10 years apart. One for complications from a dislocated knee and more recently for a trimalleolar fracture. Her knowledge on the entire body from the bones, muscles, ligaments, to the lymphatic drainage system…it’s all very impressive. With each session she helps me get a little stronger and more confident in what my body is capable of doing-healing itself! After complications with my first surgery to repair the trimalleolar fracture and dislocation, she was the one that got the ball rolling on a CT scan which uncovered issues preventing me from healing. After a second surgery for that fracture I’m about to head back to her for a THIRD time and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to give me the same level of care. On top of that, their office staff, the other PTs, and the manager are all very kind and welcoming. 5 stars for everyone!! Looking forward to another successful recovery.

After a terrible experience with another physical therapist somewhere else, I decided to give TPTS a chance, as I was still in a lot of pain. I’m so happy that I did! Kayte Forrester was amazing! Very professional, yet caring and personal in her approach. Traditional therapy, manual therapy, and even acupuncture, along with my exercises at home, have helped me tremendously. I would highly recommend TPTS, and especially Kayte to anyone. My husband has already been to her for his knee pain with complete success, and I’ll be sending my son-in-law next for his back pain. Everyone that I’ve come in contact with there is so friendly, from the staff who set up appointments and check you out, to the employees who bring you back and take your blood pressure etc. I will actually miss going, as strange as that sounds. It was always a pleasant experience.

I actually loved this place! Staff was wonderful! I know they cared about me and my therapy. Highly recommend them and should I need PT again, they are my choice ❤️ my therapist was Alyssa and I loved her!

Roberta in the front office was crucial in getting the referrals, authorizations, etc. to get things started for a family member. Very professional from the front office staff, Dr Slaughter and therapists. The follow up and follow through is first class. Highly recommend this physical therapy facility.

I feel so blessed with this place! I was given Taylor as my Physical Therapist and I truly love her and her professionalism and knowledge on my injury. Not one person in there stands around. The assistants are always busy and helping out. They don’t leave you alone to do everything but are always checking on you to make sure your form is correct. This is by far the best PT place I’ve ever been too! Everything and everyone here are top notch! The front office are also kind and friendly.

Everyone in the facility is amazing and so kind. Dr.Alyssa Watts has been super helpful and supportive with us. This is our third week taking our 6 month old and I couldn’t be happier with the progress we’ve made. I truly wish we found this facility a long time ago!

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!!!

I‘m so thankful I came to Texas Physical Therapists. I had difficulty walking for several years, and had tried different PT services to try to regain my life. I finally found Texas Physical Therapists and Katie Schweitzer by chance—had almost given up. She diagnosed my problem right away—-it was balance plain and simple. No one else had even discussed my problem with me. We began working on balance, and it made all the difference. I could finally go into a supermarket and not feel afraid to walk. I have to say the entire staff here is just great. I could not have found a better place.

The staff is friendly, facility is clean, and Dr K Schweitzer delivers the best PT I have ever experienced!

They’re the best. so kind

This is week 3 for me and I couldn’t be any more pleased with the facility, staff or my progress.
Front office staff are pleasant, professional and so very helpful with scheduling. Therapists (especially Dr Watts in my case) and assistants are very knowledgeable, caring and work well as a team.
I feel each of my concerns have been heard and noted and everyone is pushing towards a common goal.
Great appreciation for everyone here, highly recommend!
