I recovered from neck and shoulder pain in weeks. I was also having other medical issue e.g. borderline pre-diabetes. The doctors and technicians were awesome and helpful. Once I discovered about my pre-diabetes condition from my physician and started my medication, they adapted my program/training according to my health conditions. They transferred me to a more sports therapy kind of training. I was so thankful for both doctors.
One drawback I have to share..when I was still sick not knowing I had pre-diabetes and I went there with shaking hands, weak muscles, and mind fog, one small built blonde technician was upset that I couldn't react to her instruction in a timely manner she blurted out loudly "English!" after I slipped my mind and didn't grasp what she said.
As a 1st generation Asian American, I just can't help feeling abused. She treated others and treated me on other days just fine. One off ..but it was quite obvious and unforgiven. Four stars because it is still a great place.

I got serious injury on my shoulder last year and after surgery on April, I started going to Texas Physical Therapy after almost a year of PT with a different local PT clinic. After coming here and having Dr. Caro-Mata as my physical therapist for the last few months, I can say he did more to help me get better mobility and strength back than almost a year with the other place. Dr. Caro-Mata is fantastic and attentive. The whole team here is amazing and I can’t recommend them enough to anyone looking for a good PT. I had my final session here today and am extremely grateful for the care I’ve received.

I have been going to Texas Physical Therapy Specialists for different reasons - back, knee- over the last several years. They have always been great. Recently, I was diagnosed with early stage Parkinson's which creates many balance issues. Dr. Jarrod Spencer and staff have been working with me on how to mitigate my balance and fall issues. The workouts they put me through are amazing. Dr. Spencer tailors the exercises to my main sport of Basketball. I come out of there challenged (and sweating!). I have developed the ability to adjust my gait and posture if I begin to lose my balance. Overall I am much better prepared to face some of the physical challenges ahead of me. Hopefully I will be working with Dr Spencer and the crew for the foreseeable future as physical therapy is invaluable to fight balance issues with PD. I cannot speak highly enough of TPTS. I recommend them to anyone looking for excellent care. Thank you

This location (Leander) has a very friendly but professional staff. From the front desk to the therapists, everyone has been kind and knowledgeable and helpful. I broke my knee and am progressing well on the recovery because of TPTS teaching and working with me, while being patient and encouraging. I highly recommend them. The facility is clean and easily accessible both inside and out. My experience has been nothing but positive. I'm thankful for the care and therapy they have given me. Thanks Jan and Carrie, especially for getting me back to walking asap!

What a fabulous team to have on your side! I initially chose Texas PTS a couple of years ago because the location was super convenient, but they are now my go-to experts when aging body parts start acting up again! Dr. Jennille is a compassionate listener with a great sense of humor who patiently (but persistently!) presses and supports me in achieving my goals. Right now, that means helping me prepare for hiking and biking in Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons (instead of offering me the orthopedic doctor's choice of knee replacement or nothing). The entire staff at Texas PTS Cedar Park is friendly and professional, consistently working together as a team for their clients' success ... Love them!

Everyone here is incredibly kind and encouraging- you feel like there's no stupid questions. The staff remember you and make an effort to check up on you the entire time you're there, so you never feel sidelined or forgotten. As someone with serious anxiety, this is important to me!
I never write reviews but I seriously love this place so much, I felt compelled.

Lynsey and her staff brought me to pain level 2 from 10 after a total knee replacement. I continue to work with my YMCA trainer to get stronger and pain free. I highly recommend TPT group for your rehab needs.

Years ago, I had been to another therapist who I thought was pretty good. Then, I came to Jennille at TPTS (Cypress Creek location) because someone else raved about her work. I can't tell you how thankful I am for that recommendation.
Jennille listens when I share what I am experiencing and knows just what exercises will address my issues - and how to adjust as I progress or other issues pop up. She's positive and encouraging - even if I come in a little negative, I always leave feeling very good and ready to tackle things. She has helped me incorporate my PT exercises into my daily life so that, even when I'm not going in for PT, I am still able to do exercises daily to help me continue healing/avoid re-injury.
Jennille is the PT I work with, but I think highly of the other PTs, Assistants, Techs and the Desk Staff. Everyone cares and gives you their best.

This was exactly what I was looking for! They are so friendly and kind to everyone that is there. The techs are kind and amazing! I am so impressed with my results and how much better I feel. I have both post COVID and post and I was thinking I was going to need help in college and now I feel super independent. If you are looking for a pt place I would definitely recommend.

I had the pleasure of having physical therapy done on my back at TXPTS with Dr. Jennille Zabierek. She and her team made me feel welcomed and made all exercises fun and accommodated for any inconveniences I had. They did a great job at helping me recover from my injury and gave me the knowledge to help prevent the injury going forward. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr.Zabierek’s team!

My injury was resolved rather quickly here, and they provided me exercises that I continue doing to continue progressing. The care they provided was excellent.
The staff is very professional and makes you feel very comfortable, they have great listening skills which in turn helps them understand the patients injury more and provide better treatment.
I strongly recommend Dr. Zabierek & clinician Nicky although all my other interactions with staff were also excellent.

This is my first experience for Physical Therapy. It was really great right from the beginning! Lynsey lead me through the exercises with care, kindness, professionalism and encouragement. With her as my therapist, I reached all goals so my knee is recovering nicely. The staff members were helpful and always cheerful. All in all a great experience!

I’ve been working with Ryan, under Aaron C-M, and have been enjoying the experience. Communication is thorough but also easy to get on the same page. While I don’t always look forward to going to PT, I’m always happy that I went when finished. Just like a gym workout with focused energy on clear goals.

Everyone at Texas Physical Therapy Specialists worked very well together to help me recover from a "just getting old" injury that was both very uncomfortable and was legitimately interfering with my daily work. Aaron was patient and very effective in accurately diagnosing and discovering the root cause of the problem, and then coordinating the team to help me recover AND to learn techniques to avoid similar injuries in the future. More than that, everyone there is sincerely friendly in addition to being thoroughly knowledgeable. My treatment only lasted a few weeks, but got to know the folks there and looked forward to seeing them each visit.
The team works very well together and are experienced and equipped to serve all ages. During any visit, I was among folks as old as 90's and and young as teens. Indeed, Aaron and crew recently helped my son (17) on two occasions with sports injuries.
So thankful for Aaron and the team and would absolutely recommend them to help solve your PT needs!

Do you remember those emotions on the first day of school? Scared, nervous, not sure what to expect? Whelp everybody here made that emotion vanish. Day one it’s like you’re apart of a family. Caroline is a queen!! I had a fractured ankle and she was my angel. Honestly she made the whole experience amazing. She always had positive/informative feedback and helpful guidance through the recovery process. Her “minions” are the best. Just amazing kids, most of which are in college, make for a “young vibe feel” that everyone needs in their life. Now remember that feeling when you graduated not knowing if you’ll ever see your friends again?? That’s how it feels leaving. I will forever cherish the time I had and the friends I’ve made. 3 of the people that work at this place have a deep place in my heart forever. Thank you!!!!

Highly recommend Texas Physical Therapy. I had full reconstruction ankle surgery from an injury and they got me back running again. Even my surgeon was impressed at how quickly I recovered and how strong my ankle was. The staff not only helped me recover but also taught me how to stay injury free in the future and continue improving.
On top the staff is very friendly and patient. I spent a lot of time in their office and was sad when I graduated, knowing I'd stop going in and seeing all those friendly faces. But happy to be out doing what I loved doing without pain. Thanks for everything you've done for me!

I have been receiving physical therapy for a hip issue for a couple months. I have had such a positive experience at Texas Physical Therapy. Today I want to recognize Ayden and Aiden - both physical therapy techs. Both are so responsive, professional and friendly. You are greeted at your start time with a big smile and “Are you ready to warm-up?” I work in health care and can really appreciate that both these persons go above and beyond every day! Thank you Ayden and Aiden. You make a difference!!
