I had a great experience at Texas Physical Therapy Specialist with Jan. Jan is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, and took the time to truly understand my condition. The treatment plan and exercises helped significantly reduce my pain, and I felt well supported throughout the entire process.

I also want to sincerely thank the whole team--Rhea, Hannah and Nicholas--for their professionalism, kindness, and encouragement. Everyone made each visit comfortable and positive. A special thank-you as well to Blake at the front desk, who was extremely helpful and accommodating. The entire team played a big role in easing my pain and making my recovery journey much smoother.

I came into this location for help with my degenerative disc disease. Jan was the therapist assigned to me and over the course of several months he and his team built up my strength and my confidence which will enable me to live an active lifestyle. He was extremely knowledgable and answered all my questions. He adapted the exercises so that I could continue them with the equipment available to me in my apartment gym. I couldn’t recommend him or the other therapists at this location more highly!

Jan is my physical therapist after my back surgery. He and his team members Nicholas, Rhea and Ryan have constantly worked hard and monitored my progress to ensure I have right home exercises. They have helped me rebuild my confidence and stay committed. I can’t even believe myself what I have accomplished after I have done all the sessions. This location has a best team, each member is very supportive, open-minded and encouraging. They have made a tremendous impact on my recovery journey. I also love how Blake greets the clients. Thank you all!

I’ve had a great experience at Texas Physical Therapy Specialists! The entire team is friendly, professional, and always on time. From my very first visit, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. By the second time I came in, the guy at the front desk already knew me by name — that kind of personal attention really makes a difference. Super friendly cast of people that work here. I personally was assigned to Tanner DePew as my PT and everything from his gameplan to the execution to communication was professional without being sterile. Highly recommend him to anyone recovering from a sports related injury. I also highly recommend the space in general to anyone trying to regain their previous sense of wellness. This was a great place to start.

I had a great experience at TxPTS. Everyone was so friendly and helpful- and they are highly knowledgeable professionals. I am so glad that I got to work with Dr Daniels. He honed in on my problem and came up with a careful and thoughtful plan for my recovery. He explained things in terms I understood and that helped with my confidence. The atmosphere of the clinic is welcoming and calming. I’m going to miss seeing these folks every week! If you need help, come to this team!

I can’t say enough good things about this location. Everyone is so nice & the environment is encouraging and fun! It’s more than just some stretches, they have a workout spin to it. Because they took a more aggressive approach to my treatment, I’m able to get back in the gym the way I used to be just 5mo after back surgery. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs PT. The BEST group of PTs, PTA, techs/CCs ever!!!!!!!! They are an absolute dream team. The care goes beyond just exercises. Everyone here genuinely listens, adjusts to your needs, and celebrates every win with you. They are also so fun to be around! Always blasting the best music, fun riddles/polls for patient interaction and much more. 11/10 recommend!

I was in a lot of pain and now I'm stronger and close to pain free! Dr Ngyuen and the team are knowledgable, professional, caring, and communicative. They listen, hear you, and tailor a treatment plan based on their assessment and your goals.

Dani was fantastic as my PT and the entire staff worked together very well to make the overall experience a positive one!

I went here for 4.5 months and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for pain relief, especially following an injury or surgery.

Justine worked a lot with the teens that were there at the same time as me. She did a great job with them, letting them know what to expect and what to look for, not treating them as little kids nor as experienced adults. Overall, she is respectful.

Ann is the kind of person that makes your day better just by being in it. She gives you the feedback you need to continue doing better each visit, but does so in a way that makes you smile.

Ben treated me like an intelligent adult from the very first conversation. We talked a little about my medical history and he was able to explain how what I was feeling now can be linked back directly to what I've been through. In the past, doctors have told me that it was just a coincidence and it's just my age causing my aches and pains.

The assistants were really helpful. They would walk around from patient to patient and tell us what to do next. They were not only helpful, but they were great about seeking help when needed. If I had any follow-up questions, if they didn't know the answer right away, they'd seek it out for me. Good luck in PT school, Jose!

The front office did a great job of working with insurance and letting me know about any issues that came up. They were so wonderful to me when I had to do some canceling and rescheduling because of various sicknesses (and a canceled flight) that happened during my time of being a patient there.

Finally, Devin and his interns were my therapists and I can't say enough good things about them. I went from being sore all the time to cleaning up a yard full of branches from the freeze without any reaction. They also me respectfully, listening to me and providing feedback. They would explain why I was doing what I was doing and what to look for as clues that I was ready to move on or take it back a notch. I'm glad that Devin does so much educating because if the next graduating class of PTs were like him, they're going to do great.

This was the second place I was sent to. The first was a complete waste of time. The difference was night and day. Texas PTS are great! Very friendly and knowledgeable professionals. The facilities are nice and they clean regularly. The doctors there really spend time listening to you, explain their thoughts and treatment plans, and work together with you towards healing. I really have made a lot of progress in just a few sessions and I always look forward to going there. I highly recommend!

I absolutely LOVE coming here. I got a concussion back in January and have had neck pain and headaches ever since. I have been seeing Lisa for only a few weeks now and already feel progress. She's very genuine and listens, even at 7:30 AM!! I left there this morning feeling like I had a new neck! Honestly, I give all the staff members a FIVE star!! The front desk girl is very nice and makes it easy to book appointments with my busy schedule. This location works very well as a team! They make me feel like there is a light at the end of my physical therapy tunnel! I'm confident you will get better at this location!

The staff at Texas Physical Therapy Specialists have been awesome. They're friendly and all are very positive and up beat. Lisa has been very in tune to my needs and my pain level. In all, their kindness and positivity has really made my recovery process a great experience.
