Did physical therapy for two different issues and both times I had great results. Therapists & office staff are great & if I have to do it again I will surely see them again.

Fabulous, professional staff! I had knee problems which the doctor couldn't figure out, but he approved PT. When they assessed me here, they figured out my issue on the first visit. They really listened and were great at problem solving and adapting exercises. My knee is all better! I couldn't recommend these people higher!

If i could give more than 5 stars, I would! The entire staff at Texas Physical Therapy Specialists was amazing. I mainly worked with Dr. Alejandro and a PT doctor student, Francis. They were both amazing and helped me learn exercises and stretches to help me build back strength and range of motion following spine surgery. Huge thanks to everyone at TPTS. I can't recommend this physical therapy team enough! After major ankle surgery, they have been with me through every step of my recovery. Everyone is kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about their patients.

They know when to encourage you, when to challenge you, and when to adjust your treatment based on how you're feeling. They celebrated every milestone with me, no matter how small, and always took the time to answer my questions.

Recovery hasn't always been easy, but because of their knowledge, patience, and support, I'm walking with more confidence every week. I'm so grateful for everything they've done. If you're looking for a PT clinic where the staff truly cares, this is the place to go!

Hi! To preface this, I’m a 16 year old homeschool kid and I got injured through taekwondo (martial arts)

I tore my ACL last year in May, and I had surgery in August. To be honest, I don’t really know how it works, but I got sent to Tyler Seno with the Texas physical therapy specialists (they are definitely all age friendly haha), and he’s been amazing. Tyler is such a kind and genuine person; it made the whole experience so much easier. I was in therapy for a grand total of 329 days (11 months), and to be completely honest, I think I would’ve been miserable without Tyler and the other therapists. I got the opportunity to work with Mariana and James as well whenever Tyler was unavailable for whatever reason, and you can tell just based off of one interaction with any of them that all of them care so deeply for every single one of their patients and are very passionate about what they do. If I ever need to go back to physical therapy, I sure know where I’m headed (although I most definitely won’t be back by accident). There are so many things I could say and so many stories I could reference, but I couldn’t choose which stories to tell. Tyler is truly one of the kindest people I’ve ever met, and I’ve been so blessed to have him in my life, both as my physical therapist and as my friend.

And, what kind of review would this be if I didn’t mention the front desk staff? Jackie, Yvette, and Jeanette are all amazing. They’re friendly and funny, and I genuinely looked forward to seeing the three of them every Tuesday and Thursday.

I recently had my initial intake sessions here and had a wonderful experience. The facility is incredibly welcoming, and the staff is highly professional. I am currently receiving therapy for nerve compression, and the team is doing an excellent job helping me accurately identify, locate, and document my specific areas of numbness and radiating pain. What I appreciate most is their comprehensive approach; they are actively helping me build the precise clinical documentation needed to confidently secure a referral for an MRI or CAT scan. Hands down the best PT (Dr. R. Landrum) and PT facility I’ve ever been to. What makes them different is how well they listen to your concerns and really adjust the plan to address those concerns. I worked with Dr. Blakely Portillo for the last seven months to rehab a surgically repaired hamstring. Dr. Blakely was not only lovely to work alongside with but she pushed me in and out of the facility to get back to sport. She combined high tech techniques like Blood Flow Restriction Therapy with the tried & true techniques of strength and agility training. Her and the rest of the staff created such a joyful environment that even patients cheered each other on as we all pushed ourselves.

From the bottom of my heart I want to thank Dr. Blakely and the rest of the staff for helping me through one of the toughest points in my life.

I’ve done physical therapy with Texas Physical Therapy Specialists several times over the years, so when I was ready for PT following surgery for a broken bone in my foot (Jones fracture), it was pretty much a “no brainer” to look for the closest TPTS location (Vertex Blvd in Austin).
I have to say this was the best PT experience I’ve ever had. My therapist, Jimmy provided excellent care. And it wasn’t just Jimmy; over the course of several weeks, I worked all the therapists (thanks Bren and Jonathon) and all the assistants and they were all great!
Thank you for getting me back to the point that we can resume our RV adventures.
