This is not the first time I have had physical therapy but it certainly is the best! I fractured my hip riding my bike and needed to improve my mobility, strength and balance so I could get back on my bike. Dr. Tori and her staff listened to me and understood my goals. Each week moving me toward a stronger me. I am 74 yo and many people would have given up riding their bikes, so to have someone really work with me to accomplish my goals helped me to work that much harder. I highly recommend Texas Physical Therapy Specialist! JMS

I have had four joint replacements and this is by far the best Physical Therapy facilities I have been to. My physical therapist Dr. Tori Haffner is an outstanding clinician. She focuses on your needs & provides the encouragement needed for you to progress back to a normal lifestyle. I have informed my orthopedic surgeon of the excellent treatment I am receiving and would definitely recommend this treatment facility to anyone.

The front staff, Patty and Michaela, are so inviting, welcoming and knowledgeable about insurance coverage, scheduling and providing any additional information you need to have a better understanding of your healthcare coverage and what that looks like financially for you.
Tori and PT team, not only are they personally getting to know you with your health care goals, but the level of genuine care you feel when you start your treatment, to all the office visits in between, is the level of care I wish I received in any healthcare facility. From pelvic floor exercises to easing hip tension and pain to neck pain, Tori and the PT team has supported my journey every which way and I couldn’t be more grateful I was referred to the Tezel location.
As long as I am needing physical therapy, I chose this to be the only place I go to.

My time at physical therapy has been truly transformative. As a medically complex patient, the care I have received and continue to receive allows me to my life to the fullest potential. TXPTS and its providers/staff are compassionate, supportive, and knowledgeable and provide a safe environment for me to meet my PT goals weekly. I chose Texas Physical Therapy Specialist on Tezel Rd for my rotator cuff rehabilitation. The staff is amazing. The level of care and professionalism they provide is unsurpassed. Later I had shoulder replacement surgery. I could have gone anywhere else if I wanted . Without hesitation I returned to TexasPTS. You couldn’t ask for better treatment. They really do care!

I’ve had such a great experience here! Tori is so knowledgeable and I’ve made such great progress since starting with her- the staff has been so friendly and even let me bring my 2 year old when I didn’t have child care. HIGHLY recommend!

Highly recommend! Jase in the Tezel location has been wonderful. He consistently works to specialize the treatment to my specific and changing needs. Everyone there is friendly and will step in to help without you having to ask.

Everytime I've gone, I have felt welcomed and heard. They chat with me and adjust the therapy and are continuously monitoring to adjust form. I feel supported when I go in 😊

From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, and walked through the door for the first time. I was welcomed with a smile from both of the receptionist. I would love to point out the Specialists and tech's who helped me with my therapy. Tory Haffner, Hannah, Christian and Gabby. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I came in very skeptical about how effective PT would be—especially while pregnant. Now at 38 weeks pregnant, I can honestly say that if it weren’t for this amazing team, I would not have slept or felt okay these past four months.I’ve dealt with constant neck pain from a previous injury, along with numbness, headaches, swelling, you name it.. and since I don’t like taking meds, specially during pregnancy, I was frustrated, anxious, and just desperate for some sort of relief.

Thanks to the care, dedication, and positivity of this team, my headaches are gone, my body no longer feels “off,” I have more energy, and most importantly—I can sleep again though all the pregnancy discomforts

I highly recommend Troy Haffner for your physical therapy needs. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She help me get my ankle discomfort much better so back to running again. I highly recommend Texas PT!
