Jared Smith es doctor en fisioterapia (DPT) y obtuvo su título en la Universidad de Baylor. También tiene una licenciatura en Ciencias del Deporte y el Ejercicio con especialización en Fisioterapia de la Universidad Estatal de Texas. Jared completó una residencia en ortopedia y está certificado con las designaciones de Especialista Clínico Ortopédico (OCS) y Especialista en Dolor Terapéutico (TPS). Tiene una gran pasión por tratar una amplia gama de afecciones ortopédicas, ayudando a los pacientes a lograr una mejor movilidad y calidad de vida.

When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll usually find me training Brazilian jiu-jitsu, working on archery and shooting skills, or building something in the shop—whether that’s woodworking, leatherworking, or another hands-on project. Most importantly, I love spending quality time with my wife, our baby boy, and our three dogs—Biscuit, Gravy, and Toast—who keep life fun and full.

Kate Szkody TE, TED

Dr. Kate Szkody earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Prior to earning her DPT, Kate earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science with a concentration in Pre-Rehabilitative Sciences from Texas State University. Kate is currently enrolled in the Texas Physical Therapy Specialists residency program and is working toward becoming a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS).

Kate enjoys helping patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life through individualized, evidence-based care. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships with her patients while helping them regain confidence in movement and return to the activities they enjoy.

When she’s not in the clinic, Kate enjoys paddleboarding with her dog, fishing, exploring state parks, and traveling in search of her next outdoor adventure. Most importantly, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and will take any opportunity to be near the water.

Joe Daniels PTA

Joe Daniels completed the Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program at the State College of Florida after earning his Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Florida Gulf Coast University.

He is passionate about helping patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life through intentional movement and consistent effort.

Outside of the clinic, Joe enjoys shooting hoops, playing chess, and cheering on Florida sports teams.
