Tyler Adams PT, DPT, CD, OCS
Dr. Tyler Adams graduated with his Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology from The University of Tennessee at Martin, before attending University of St. Augustine in Austin, Texas where he graduated with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Tyler continued his education through Evidence in Motion to become a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist.
During his time at University of St. Augustine, he coached for Orangetheory Fitness in the north Austin area and continues to coach occasionally on the weekends. Upon graduating, he decided that the community and friends he found was too great to leave behind and decided to begin his career in Austin.
In his spare time, Tyler enjoys exploring Austin’s local parks with his dog Zazu and trying to eat anything a food truck will throw his way!

Shon Jordan PT, DPT

Shon Jordan PT, DPT
Shon Jordan earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of St. Augustine. Prior to that, Shon obtained her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Carson-Newman University.
Shon is currently an Orthopedic Resident and is most interested in treating pediatric conditions and knee pathologies.
In her free time, Shon enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and weightlifting.

Brennan Bollmer PT, DPT

Brennan Bollmer PT, DPT
Brennan Bollmer earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences-Austin. Prior to that, Brennan obtained his Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from the University of Cincinnati.
Brennan is currently an Orthopedic Resident and is most interested in treating shoulder pathologies.
In his free time, Brennan enjoys golf, live music, and exercise.

Frank Shott PT, DPT, OCS

Frank Shott PT, DPT, OCS
Dr. Frank Shott earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from the Texas State University. Prior to attending Texas State, he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Dance and the Humanities from St. Edwards University while working fulltime as a professional ballet dancer with Ballet Austin.
His 16 years as a principal dancer with Ballet Austin instilled an appreciation of lifelong learning, passion, persistence, and dedication to injury prevention and rehabilitation. Strong firsthand knowledge of movement, injuries, and positive rehab experiences combined with time spent becoming licensed as a massage therapist, diving into marketing, and completing the revolutionary “Level Up Initiative” mentorship program have also served to strengthen his skills as a therapist. Frank is currently pursuing his overarching goal of becoming a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist with TexPTS and Evidence In Motion so that he may continue to improve his abilities and better serve every person that walks through his door.
When he is not in the clinic, Frank enjoys remaining active. Some of his favorite activities include reading, cooking, swimming, going to live theater and dance performances, and spending every moment he can with his daughter.

Physical TherapistDr. Jonathan Roth earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from the Nazareth University of Rochester, NY. Before that, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Nazareth University. Jon is now working on completing his Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS).
Jon enjoys helping patients get back to where they want to be and helping them to achieve their goals. He takes great pride and truly enjoys working with motivated individuals looking to improve their performance. He is passionate about helping athletes get back on the field while also making them the best version of themselves off the field. His most important focus is to ensure he is building long lasting relationships with all of his patients.
In his free time, he likes exploring the outdoors, playing sports, and watching football. He also enjoys traveling with his significant other and is eager to learn what Austin, TX has to offer.
