Alysha my PT trainer did a wonderful job, trouble shouting my knee pain issues. She is very considerate, a great listener and works with her patients to meet them where they are, along with setting realistic goals that are challenging and attainable with hard work. I had a great experience at the Palmer location of Texas PTS. My PT Andrew Wu was very clear and considerate and his treatment left me with no pain after breaking my clavicle, the techs I worked with were Myna and Emanuel and Mackenzie and they all seemed very knowledgeable on each exercise, were very friendly and aware of not only my progress with each exercise but their other patients as well!

Maria is a great physical therapist! Very caring person. My wife had a stroke and Maria is working hard to help her to get up, stand, and try to walk with a walker.

Dr Taylor took great care of my broken ankle. And the whole office & team had a great vibe. I can definitely recommend this team for your physical therapy needs.

This is a nice facility. Mary is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Stacey does an outstanding job with her patients. She challenges them to do more and makes sure the exercises are done correctly. I highly recommend her!

This was after my total knee replacement. The staff at Texas Physical Therapy Specialist were also incredibly friendly and supportive, making every visit feel like a team effort. I limped in after injuring my back. I could hardly walk without burning pain. Thanks to the customized recovery plan by Lexi, her dedication and the dedication of her colleagues; Mireya, Janie and Mia they got me walking pain and numb free. I would recommend this team to anyone needing to recover from any injury or surgery. They also have a very friendly front desk with Nikki; always with a smile and a “how are you doing today.”

I’ve had PT from San Antonio to Louisiana & these therapists are the greatest! For the first time in my PT journey, it doesn’t matter who works with me; I like them equally - they are all friendly, compassionate & knowledgeable . That has not been my experience at other PT clinics. I feel like I’ve not only received treatment here but I’ve made friends.

I had a total knee replacement and my orthopedic surgeon recommended TPTS for my prehab and rehab and I am so glad he did. Dr. Jase and the entire team at the Tezel Rd. location were so helpful, encouraging and kind. From the moment I walked in the door, the front office staff, led by Patti's friendly, smiling face made me feel welcome and valued. The PTAs and Techs took a personal interest in my care and were attentive to my needs. The PT, in my case Dr. Jase Aley, was professional and eager to work with me to meet my goals; willing to brainstorm ways to overcome obstacles while still working towards improving my mobility and strength. And even though the level of professionalism is high, the atmosphere in the clinic was upbeat and fun... pretty impressive when most of the patients are managing pain and mobility limitations. Overall, I can't recommend this clinic highly enough!! Thank you for all you've done for me!!

I have used this facility at Tezel & Guilbeau Road many times over the last few years. The personnel at this location are outstanding and know what to do to help fix the physical problems that are ailing you. Everyone greets you with a smile and are happy to see you. My health insurance referred me to this place. At first, everything was fine. The receptionists were very kind, Dr. Danny was very nice, but I had a big problem. I started the treatment and the receptionist scheduled several appointments so that I could continue my knee treatment, going from December into January, and during this time my health insurance was going to change like every year-end. So, the receptionist explained to me that I already had 20 sessions authorized by the insurance and that it wouldn't be a problem to continue into January even though I was changing insurance, because a certain number of sessions were already authorized. Well, January came and they confirmed my appointment and I went. I even asked if everything was okay with the insurance, and the girl said yes. I went in and continued my treatment, then the doctor asked me if I had changed insurance and I said yes, but that I had already asked the receptionist and she said everything was fine, so he said he would go and confirm with with her because he thought the insurance wouldn’t cover it since the year had changed and I switched insurance. He went there, talked, and came back saying they would pause the treatment until the insurance issue was resolved and I request a new referral for them. So I asked if everything was okay and that I wouldn’t have to pay since the receptionist said I could make the appointment even with the insurance change. And they said everything was fine. Then in February, I get a bill from the clinic charging me for that session I had, which shouldn’t have been scheduled because of the receptionist’s mistake, but since it was their error I didn’t think it was fair to charge me, especially since I asked to make sure I wouldn’t have to pay. I had to pay $95 for their mistake, because it's always like this—things go wrong for the weaker side. So the three stars I gave are because of the lack of information about insurance, and in the end, I was the one who had to pay.

All of the employees and doctors at this practice are so wonderful. I had a full knee replacement and I’m only 43. I felt like I would never be the same. In 10 weeks they have me feeling better than before the surgery. You can tell that they truly care about each patient. They work very hard and make it fun. They make you feel like anything is possible. I actually enjoy going to PT. And I can see the difference in such a short time.
