Clinic Director, Physical TherapistKimberly Lopez earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from South College. Prior to that, Kimberly obtained her Bachelor of Science in Applied Exercise Physiology from Texas A&M University.
Kimberly is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and is most interested in treating the Metabolic population.
In her free time, Kimberly enjoys being active outdoors, spending time with her family and friends, and traveling to experience new places.

Physical TherapistDr. Leanna Manns earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science with a minor in psychology from Texas State University in San Marcos. She then completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree at South College in Knoxville, TN.
Leanna further advanced her expertise by completing an orthopedic residency through Evidence In Motion and is now a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). Leanna enjoys working with patients recovering from various rehabilitation injuries and has a special interest in the geriatric population.
Originally from Hondo, Texas, Leanna enjoys spending time with her family. In her free time, she loves being with her husband, daughter, and their two dogs.

Barbara Guarriello PT, DPT, OCS

Physical TherapistDr. Barbara Guarriello earned her undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis, where she majored in psychology and dance. Before enrolling in graduate school, she danced professionally, worked as a consultant for nonprofit arts organizations, and taught preschool.
She went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from George Washington University. Barbara completed the Manual Physical Therapy Certification program through Evidence In Motion (EIM) and is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). She has also completed additional training in treating patients with pelvic floor dysfunction. Passionate about working with dancers, Barbara is proud to serve as the primary physical therapist for the artists of Ballet San Antonio.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband, David, daughter Gabriella, and son John.

Physical Therapist AssistantOriginally from South Carolina, Morgan attended Clemson University and earned her Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) degree from Horry-Georgetown Technical College in Myrtle Beach, SC. She later obtained a PTA Specialty Certification in Orthopedics from Evidence in Motion.
Morgan enjoys working with orthopedic patients of all ages and conditions.
In her free time, she loves traveling to new places and spending time with friends and family.

Elise Tamburelli PT, DPT, OCS, CSMT, FAAOMPT
Physical TherapistDr. Elise Tamburelli received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from UT Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas in 2010. Prior to this, she received a BA in Dance from Texas Women’s University where she was a member of the international touring company as well as a member of a local professional dance company.\
Elise became an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) in 2014, a Certified Spinal Manual Therapist (CSMT) in 2015, and in 2019 completed a fellowship in orthopedic manual physical therapy, achieving the status of Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT). These specializations allow her to be actively involved in education, teaching in-house for TexPTS as well as across the country for Confluent Health and the Bellin College Fellowship. Elise is also the Residency Coordinator for TexPTS, supporting both residents and mentors alike.
When she’s not in clinic or traveling the country teaching, Elise enjoys spending time with her family in the great outdoors, preferably by a body of water and with good music!

Physical TherapistDr. Spring Quesada earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from South College. Prior to that, Spring obtained her Bachelor of Science in Bioenvironmental Sciences and Plant and Environmental Soil Sciences from Texas A&M University.
Spring is currently pursuing an orthopedic residency to become board certified in orthopedics and enjoys working with patients of all ages and conditions.
In her free time, Spring enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, spending time outdoor, exploring new places to eat, and baking.

Kellan Barry PT, DPT

Kellan Barry PT, DPT
Physical TherapistDr. Kellan Barry earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth (UNTHSC). Prior to that, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Texas Lutheran University (TLU), where he was also a member of the football team. Kellan’s current goals include pursuing an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification and becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
Kellan’s favorite part of being a physical therapist is helping patients gain insight into their condition, empowering them to take a more active role in their treatment. He also has a passion for teaching and hopes to return to the classroom as an adjunct professor at both his undergraduate and graduate alma maters in the future.
Outside of work, Kellan enjoys spending time with his wife and family, longdistance running, attending concerts, and teaching himself to play the bass guitar.

Physical TherapistDr. Iriana Vega earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB), where she enjoyed participating in the Healer-Track Program for Mindfulness in Healthcare. Prior to that, she earned her Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA).
Iriana is currently an Orthopedic Resident with TexPTS and plans to pursue a Therapeutic Pain Specialty (TPS) through Evidence In Motion (EIM) in the future.
She enjoys focusing on functional gains, understanding pain processes, and has a special interest in the hip and core regions. Iriana is passionate about education, clear communication, and empowering patients.
In her free time, she enjoys being creative, dancing socially, dogs, nature, spending time with friends and family, and tending to her succulent plants.
