Texas Physical Therapy Specialists to Open New Clinic in San Antonio, TX

Expanding Access to High-Quality Physical Therapy for the San Antonio Community 

San Antonio, TX . (Feb. 16, 2026) — Texas Physical Therapy Specialists (TexPTS) are excited to announce the upcoming opening of their newest clinic in San Antionio, located at 1735 Babcock Road, Ste. 202. This expansion will bring expert physical therapy care closer to local residents, reinforcing TexPTS’ commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation.  

The Babcock clinic will be led by Dr. Kellan Barry, PT, DPT, who will serve as Clinic Director and primary treating therapist. Dr. Barry earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth and holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Texas Lutheran University. He is currently pursuing his Orthopedic Specialization (OCS). Dr. Barry is passionate about helping patients better understand their condition and empowering them to take an active role in their recovery. 

TexPTS’ newest clinic will offer a patient-centric and evidence-based approach to outpatient physical therapy service’s designed to help patients recover and move with confidence. Core offerings include orthopedic physical therapy for injuries and conditions affecting the bones, joints and muscles, specialized chronic pain treatment for patients managing persistent pain related to injury, arthritis, or neurological conditions, and sports physical therapy for the prevention, assessment and rehabilitation of athletic injuries. Guided by TexPTS’ mission to restore movement, enhance performance and improve quality of life, the clinic’s care model emphasizes individualized treatment plans, modern techniques and advanced equipment to deliver stronger outcomes and empower patients to live without pain.
