San Marcos East – Texas Physical Therapy Specialists

Good evening well I wanted to to let everybody know that is interested in therapy. This is a great place to come. My doctor recommended me to come here. I had an ACL repair meniscus at first. I was in doubt I was nervous about therapy being around of a big crowd, but when I came here, the Therapist and staff were very welcoming. They all help each other. It’s not like one doctor it’s just assigned to you if he or she is busy somebody else will step up to help you when you have questions. They’re more than welcome to answer. Any questions or concerns that you may have I have nothing but good things to say about this place.All the restorative aids are also great very caring and understanding.Thank you to all staff Baylee Endsley : Seth Petross Brian Metting… Christina, Gladys, angel, and all the other stuff that I don’t remember their names thank you very much for all the support you’ve given me and all those who attend your office for therapy

Dr. Baylee is phenomenal. She’s sharp, attentive, and genuinely invested in her patients’ progress. Every session with her feels purposeful. She listens, explains the why behind the work, and you can tell she knows her craft. I’ve seen real improvement under her care, and I trust her completely. If you want a PT who delivers results with professionalism and empathy, she’s the one.

The team is GREAT!!! Friendly, knowledgeable and most of all accommodating. When I was searching for physical therapy place, I discussed that sometimes I may have to reschedule last minute. And true to their word, they make it happen. They push you but not if it is causing pain or discomfort. I would definitely recommend this team of professionals for your physical therapy needs.

Been coming here for awhile before and after hip surgery. Staff is patient, listens carefully and provides just the right challenge where I am in my recovery. Highly recommend the PT Drs Baylee, Seth and Brian.

Texas Physical Therapy Specialists and Seth Petross are amazing. Seth keeps my neck pain under control and has greatly helped with physical recovery from my brain injury. They offer great care.

I had the misfortune of suffering a torn Achilles.. I was scared, worried, and unsure of what my recover and future will hold.

The Dr. Bailey made me feel like things would get better and improve. She’s given me great exercises, encouragement, and reassurance.

I was referred to Tiffany by my orthopedic surgeon when several sessions at a different PT facility did not produce any improvement for my bursitis. From the moment we met, I felt so comfortable with Tiffany, similar to how you'd feel around an old friend. She zoomed in on my issue right away and came up with exercises to help target the area. A recent TIA had weakened the same leg but after 2 sessions, I'm able to drive again. Tiffany is truly da bomb! She's knowledgeable, empathetic and genuinely cares about her patients. She is the gold standard for PT with a rare combination of the qualities I mentioned. All the staff at the East location are amazing. It's pretty obvious they like and respect her.

Five stars is not enough! If you are needing PT look no further! I never had PT before, but from the moment I arrived I was treated professionally and with care and compassion by Dr. Riley , the techs and office staff. Everyone works together as a team. I was evaluated and treated for frozen shoulder and was given individualized PT treatment sessions to help with my pain management and mobility. Dr. Riley and the entire staff are AMAZING! I highly recommend!

My experience with Texas Physical Therapy Specialist was absolutely amazing. From the moment I started my treatment, I received outstanding care and attention from the front office to the PTs and techs. Dr. Isaac, Jess aka Dr. Jess now (his student), and the entire team of techs were not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly caring and supportive. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure their patients receive top-notch care! Each visit they took the time to explain everything thoroughly and tailored each session to meet my specific needs. The progress I made was truly remarkable, thanks to the treatment plan they created in the clinic and the at home exercise program they provided . Hard work truly pays off as long as you follow their instructions and do the exercises they provide you at home too. Honestly the best PT clinic I've ever been to. I'm grateful to the entire team for helping me on my road to recovery. :))))))

After meeting with Isaac Acay I felt hopeful and excited to hear that I will be able to live a full life that I want. He took the time to explain in detail his plan for me and was very understanding and patient with me. He actually LISTENED to me.Also, Thank you so much to the staff for being kind. His expertise in biomechanics and rehabilitation techniques was evident in every session. He tailored exercises to my needs and listened to my feedback to make things progressively challenging. Isaac's encouragement fueled my determination, and his excitement for my progress was contagious. Beyond pain relief, he emphasized muscle retraining to prevent future injuries.

The best physical therapy in central Texas. I’ve been to quite a few so I speak with experience. Love all the staff from Tiffany to the front desk, it’s a pleasure to come here, and I highly recommend texas physical therapy specialists!!

I had a great experience at this location. Dr Acay is kind and knowledgeable. All staff are professional and efficient. My only suggestion is that they hurry up and expand this facility. Stations are close together and lack patient privacy. The doctors do an outstanding job in the limited space provided so I would keep coming back if needed.

I love this group. I can't just give on reason why i do. Since meeting Tiffany, she has changed the way I feel about doing pt. The staff looks at the whole person and designs a plan to help you achieve your goals and then some. The most positive atmosphere and their dedication to supporting and seeing you achieve your goal has truly been a blessing!! They care, and the work ethic this team has shown to everyone who walks in the door has been amazing. you will never want to leave, lol. I have several complex injuries and health issues but Tiff was never afraid of the challenge she took it head on and the progress and recovery I have made has given me my fire back to go and achieve an old dream I once had. I know this post is long, but I can not give then enough acalades to express the gratitude I have. They are truly a God sent. From the front door, they threw the whole facility, nothing but pure love and care for all patients. I wish they had a higher rating score they always deserve the very best.
