By the time I turned up at TPTS at Bailey Square, every third word I uttered meant “ouch.” My hip hurt. I did not know what to do about it, but Jolie Diskin did. She guided me out of pain with good-natured expertise. I felt well-answered by Jolie. I certainly didn’t expect to enjoy my first physical therapy experiences, but I did. The entire staff provided a warm, accommodating environment. My hip pain is now obsolete and I just feel taller.

I came to Texas PTS this fall with a foot and ankle injury. Dr. Jolie Diskin was so knowledgeable, kind and helpful. She created a custom treatment plan with unique exercises for my sport (horseback riding). I left Texas PTS stronger and healthier than I went in. I highly recommend this location and found everyone on the staff to be warm and inviting!

Highly recommend this TXPTS location. Easy to schedule, and everyone is very friendly and kind. I was a patient briefly last year and then again for multiple months this year for a separate issue. Forrest was amazing at targeting the right exercises to get me back to playing sports. Thank you, TXPTS team!

Awesome service

2025 Summer - Dr. Kennedy Schuelke of TPT Bailey is excellent! She identified the muscles that needed work so I could get back to my daily 3.1-mile walks. One cannot always avoid a fall, but when only muscles are affected, Dr. Schuelke can speed up recovery! She also provided some "at-home" exercises. Great folks at Texas Physical Therapy at Bailey on 34th St.

Dr. Houston is a rising star in physical therapy. Despite the fact that he is relatively young, he practices like a multi-year veteran. I am improving daily in large part because Dr. Houston not only knows his stuff but also because he listens carefully to what I say about my condition and incorporates things to address my comments if they make sense and is not afraid to tell me diplomatically when one of my ideas is not helpful. For all intents and purposes, we are working as a team with him as the captain and me as a sponge soaking up all he has to say and having a good idea once or twice.

TPT Bailey Square was great for me. All the staff were friendly and professional. Kennedy was great throughout the process. I got a personalized plan with exercises to continue at home to strengthen my ankle. Also, the front staff were helpful with insurance questions. I highly recommend Texas Physical Therapy at Bailey Square.

I did physical therapy for a couple of months here, and had a really great experience. Kennedy was a fantastic PT - she was great about talking through how to do exercises, how they target the body, and best practices when it came to form. Every day I was met with a great attitude and positive vibes, can’t recommend enough!

Great place for recovery! Unfortunately, I was in a car accident in February. Due to my injuries my doctor sent me to start physical therapy. Every staff member was very helpful. My PT Jack was amazing! He always checked in to make sure my pain was never worsening. If I had any increased pain he would modify my exercise. The PT assistants were fun to work with. They made the environment positive. I’m really happy with my experience at Texas Physical Therapy at Bailey Square. I would recommend this location if you need physical therapy.

Tim Turpen is an excellent physical therapist who is knowledgeable with his craft and patient with his clients. I highly recommend him and the TexPTS organization.

This is the second location I've been to and had another awesome experience. Everything went well from start to finish. I completed PT with more confidence and the tools/exercises I need to stay on top on managing neck pain/migraine problems. You rock, Tim! Thank you for everything!!!

Oh! I'll miss their assistance greatly! (I just graduated from 10 sessions with TPTS.) Keeley and Jack and a host of other staffers helped me coax improved function from a recently injured right knee. TPTS assigned increasingly challenging, but definitely not undoable exercises to achieve my hoped for results. everyone at TPTS share genuine interest and absolutely positive enthusiasm in their assistance. An excellent experience all the way around and I cannot more highly recommend them.

Tim was awesome getting me back to 100. I’ll be back after shoulder surgery.

I was fortunate to work with Kelsey, who listened, analyzed my condition and guided me through exercises to strengthen my body and help with the pain. She is an excellent physical therapist--friendly, knowledgeable, supportive. The facility has great equipment and all of the staff--from the therapists, to the PT assistants, and everyone at the front desk--everyone is very friendly, professional and very competent. In the future, if I need physical therapy, TXPTS at Bailey Square is the place I will choose!

I found TexPTS when I first moved to Austin since I broke my ankle right before I moved. I knew immediately I was in great hands when I had my first consultation with Keely! Not only was she informative and knowledgeable, she was a friendly face. I truly enjoyed my experience and (god forbid) if I’m ever in need of PT again, I know where to go!

Kelsey was INCREDIBLE for my year long recovery after ACL surgery. I went through a different surgery called BEAR, and she was SO helpful in meeting with my doctor to understand protocol & get me to the point of feeling confident, strong, and playing tennis again. Can't recommend her and this team enough! Such a great environment as well.

I broke my leg in February and was NOT looking forward to my healing process. But the team at Bailey Square made it palatable AND enjoyable! Huuuuuuge shoutout to Ashton, she's an amazing, thoughtful, and efficient therapist.

If you have to get PT, I highly recommend Texas Physical Therapy. The Dr’s are amazing and care about making sure you’re getting the best results.
