Physical TherapistDr. Isaac Acay graduated from Texas State University with his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sports Science, and South College with his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT). He achieved the “Clinical Excellence” award from South College and soon returned as an alumni faculty to teach Doctorate Candidates as a musculoskeletal expert. Currently, Isaac is grouped into the top six percent Nationally as a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist.
Isaac’s passion revolves around instructing the next generation of Physical Therapists. Undergraduate volunteers, and interns from Texas State frequently shadow Isaac to build their portfolio. Isaac mentors both Doctoral Candidates and Orthopedic residents with to prep for graduations and sitting for their board exams. He provides evidence based mentorship to improve the quality of patient care and patient outcomes.
Prior to physical therapy, Isaac worked as a ground team leader for a private search and rescue team. Which has inspired a passion to treat the Occupational/Tactical Athletes.
Isaac enjoys practicing his archery and martial arts, holding multiple black belts from various styles. He practices what he preaches by staying active – hiking, paddle boarding, and exercising at 5 a.m daily.

Clinic Director, Physical TherapistDr. Tiffany Constantino is certified in Sports Orthopedic Manual Therapy (CSOMT). She is also a board certified Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (FAAMOPT). Her fellowship specializes in athlete rehabilitation and sports medicine. In addition to her education, she is also certified as a golf specialist through the Titleist Performance Institute. She ranks in the top 1% of most advanced educated physical therapists in the nation.
Dr. Constantino enjoys treating patients with all orthopedic issues from those recovering from joint replacements, to the weekend warrior, all the way up to the professional athlete. Tiffany was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. She is married and a mother of two special needs children. She has been a lecturer and lead cadaver anatomy instructor at Texas State University. She played softball from the age of seven and actively aids the Collegiate Softball and Baseball teams with sports rehabilitation. When she is not spending time with her family, she enjoys hitting the batting cages, swimming, golfing, and weightlifting.

Riley McQuivey PT, DPT
Physical TherapistRiley McQuivey earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences – Austin. Prior to that, Riley obtained his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Brigham Young University – Idaho.
Riley is currently working toward becoming a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and is most interested in treating acute-stage orthopedic injuries.
In his free time, Riley enjoys lifting weights, swimming, and spending time with his wife and son.

Baylee Endsley PT, DPT
Physical TherapistDr. Baylee Endsley earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in Austin, Texas. Prior to earning her Doctoral degree, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a concentration in Physical Therapy at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.
Dr. Endsley is currently working on completing her orthopedic residency program through Evidence In Motion (EIM) to become an orthopedic specialist. She is most interested in helping athletes recover from their injuries.
Baylee was raised in Kyle, Texas. While she continues to serve the Kyle and San Marcos communities, she loves to travel to different states and countries for new experiences. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, walking their dog, and hiking.
