I’ve had such a great experience here! Tori is so knowledgeable and I’ve made such great progress since starting with her- the staff has been so friendly and even let me bring my 2 year old when I didn’t have child care. HIGHLY recommend!

Highly recommend! Jase in the Tezel location has been wonderful. He consistently works to specialize the treatment to my specific and changing needs. Everyone there is friendly and will step in to help without you having to ask.

Everytime I've gone, I have felt welcomed and heard. They chat with me and adjust the therapy and are continuously monitoring to adjust form. I feel supported when I go in 😊

From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, and walked through the door for the first time. I was welcomed with a smile from both of the receptionist. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I came in very skeptical about how effective PT would be—especially while pregnant. Now at 38 weeks pregnant, I can honestly say that if it weren’t for this amazing team, I would not have slept or felt okay these past four months.I’ve dealt with constant neck pain from a previous injury, along with numbness, headaches, swelling, you name it.. and since I don’t like taking meds, specially during pregnancy, I was frustrated, anxious, and just desperate for some sort of relief.

Thanks to the care, dedication, and positivity of this team, my headaches are gone, my body no longer feels “off,” I have more energy, and most importantly—I can sleep again though all the pregnancy discomforts

The environment here is TOP TIER. Everyone and I mean everyone cheers you on and genuinely cares. They truly become like family.

I highly recommend Troy Haffner for your physical therapy needs. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She help me get my ankle discomfort much better so back to running again. I highly recommend Texas PT!

The team here are all great! Recovering from ACL and meniscus repair, and their care has been essential.

Had a great experience with the whole Physical Therapy team at this location. helped me go from walking to running in a matter of weeks. I really enjoyed the care they provided as well as all around knowledge as to how to better myself. I recommend this office to anyone needing physical therapy.

The Texas Physical Therapy Specialist on Tezel are one of the Best Therapy places I have ever been too. When I first entered the building Dr Tori greeted me and her assistant evaluated me in a separate room. I was so impressed. Dr.Tori and all her staff are an Awesome Team, they are very caring and understanding. The atmosphere is friendly and everyone from the receptionist Patty to the staff members like Michael and assistant’s like Makayla are always willing to patient and very encouraging. They go the extra mile and always do their Best! Thank you for your help in the recuperation process and helping with my balance and hip and joint pain.

PT for rotator cuff shoulder surgery. Went in could barely lift my arm. When I was done full mobility and very good strength. So pleased! Staff was super knowledgeable and patient. And fun to be around so I didn’t mind going to PT. So worth it with these people!!

Ladies. If you’re having pain with intimacy due to surgical menopause or menopause, internal pelvic floor therapy with Dr. Tori Haffner is the way to go! Internal pelvic floor therapy has helped so much with pain. So thankful I found her as internal pelvic floor therapists are hard to find. 10 out of 10! 🤗

I recently completed pelvic floor therapy postpartum, and I can't recommend this experience highly enough! From the very first session, Tori made me feel comfortable and understood. She was knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to my specific needs. The exercises were tailored to my situation, and I started noticing improvements right away!

All staff including Patti at the front desk and all the PT assistants were warm and welcoming, with a relaxing atmosphere that eased my anxiety about the process. I appreciated the emphasis on education as Tori took the time to explain how everything worked and why each exercise was important for my recovery.

Thanks to the therapy, I feel more confident, strong, and empowered in my body. This experience has been life-changing, helping me navigate the challenges of postpartum recovery. If you are considering pelvic floor therapy, I highly recommend it—especially Tori! Five stars all the way!
