Jeff was kind and supportive, every time I showed up for PT he greeted me with a smile. In fact all the employees that work New Braunfels County Line Clinic where very friendly and helpful every time.

Jeff has been amazing throughout my ongoing shoulder rehab after SLAP surgery. He’s very friendly and a true people person. He always takes the time to check in and gauge how I’m feeling that day, and he listens closely to any concerns I have. He’s funny, easy to talk to, and never pushes me past what feels comfortable. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his patients. I’m really grateful to have him as part of my recovery.

For about a month, I had a severe pain from my neck all the way down my lower back and into my left leg and foot. it was so painful that I could hardly walk and even had to use a wheelchair at airports during a vacation. Upon return, I went to my doctor who referred me to an orthopedic surgeon. X rays concluded that a sciatic nerve was the problem. Surgery was suggested and a prescription was given to me. I opted for physical therapy and went to TPTS. First, I was carefully diagnosed by Dr. Shadburne and I began a series of exercises , 3x/week, plus home exercises. During my therapy sessions with Dr. Shadburne, she carefully observed me during every exercise. Each time i went to therapy i got better and better, under I was successfully diagnosed as pain free. Dr. Shadburne eliminated the need for painful surgery. I have not had therapy In quite some time and my back, leg and foot are totally free of pain. I HAVE RETURNED TO A NORMAL LIFE!

Texas PTS and their team at this location provide such a great atmosphere and environment that you feel welcomed and not anxious to go back. Dr. Pancho, Francisco Melendez is a awesome physical therapist that really worked to find and alleviate my issues. His attention and care to his patients allowed me to feel better and help manage my issues. Also the music is fire!

I appreciated the attention to detail that everyone gave me TPPS. Dr Shadbourne was very helpful and also the team who pitched in to keep me on path. I am coming back in for another round of help but that is not their fault! lol

Can not give enough praise or thanks to the professionals at this facility. Dr. Shadburne and staff are so intent on customizing individual plans for each patient and listening to patient's needs. The facility was very chill and relaxed, not too busy ever. The attention to my individualized care was awesome at County Line. Jeff really focused on my needs and kept me positive. If o need physical therapy again, this is where I’ll go.

¡El personal es increíble! ¡Siempre fueron profesionales, corteses y muy amigables también! Recientemente terminé mi sesión allí y volví a la ubicación de County Line para visitarlos. Realmente disfruté hacer mi terapia con Pancho, Jeff y el resto del personal. Fue un placer trabajar con ellos. Hicieron que mis sesiones fueran divertidas y siempre esperaba volver por más :).

Después de 9 sesiones, pasé de no poder sentarme ni caminar correctamente a hacer levantamientos de peso muerto y ponerme mis propios calcetines. El Dr. Meléndez (Poncho) y su extraordinario equipo son hacedores de milagros. Estoy muy agradecida por su atención, atención al detalle, empatía y puntualidad. Los recomiendo encarecidamente a cualquiera que busque mejorar su dolor ciático en la espalda baja (me operaron el disco L5/S1 para el mío).

La ubicación de County Line en New Braunfels es espectacular. Jeff me ayudó a pasar de cero a 100%. Mi calidad de vida mejoró. El personal es profesional y cortés. He estado yendo a la clínica de fisioterapia de Texas Physical Therapy Specialists en County Line Rd, New Braunfels para el acondicionamiento de la rodilla derecha y el personal allí es excelente. Tan pronto como entras por la puerta, puedes sentir el video positivo en la habitación. No puedo especificar solo un nombre porque todo el personal me ha tratado muy bien y sigo esperando con ansias ir allí hasta que mi rodilla diga que ya está. Nuevamente, gracias.
