Dr. Deah Boonsrisart and the team at Texas Physical Therapy Specialists are amazing! They helped me get mobility and range of motion back after spraining my knee. I really appreciate the time and attention I was given while there, and I would definitely recommend them.

Dr Micheal Bonner and Louie ,Tyler, front desk, Alex and Paulina and the rest of his staff are an excellant team. Everything is well organized and clean. They are courteous and care about your well being and any concerns you have. I would highly recommend them!

Five stars are not enough. My experience with Dr. Forrest and Louie was life-changing when I walked into therapy after my knee replacement surgery. I felt so lost. I never thought that I could get to a point where I could be able to bend my knee and walk without a limp .The exercises and all the supportive talks that I had with Dr Forest and all the staff. it worked. I’m so grateful for everyone at Texas physical therapy. They are amazing.

The therapist here off Judson Road and I35 in San Antonio (not Austin) are so professional caring, and respectful to your individual needs. Ben was my therapist and he is amazing. He pushed me to believe in myself when I didn't believe. He is so respectful and funny and explains why you are doing what you are doing and explains what the benefits are to doing everything. Everyone there including Michael, (lol) are professional, fun and very good caring people to include the front desk staff. If you get to chose a place for your physical therapy needs, you will not be disappointed in the care this team gives you.

I'd like to thank everyone there! Great place and everyone is so helpful and patience. Michael was who I worked with the most he was excellent and his sense of humor isn't bad either! Aubrey has been an absolute godsend with helping me after experiencing 4 surgeries due to breast cancer reconstruction. She is very empathetic, a good listener, and an exceptionally gifted therapist with the education she provides me on my body’s very specific needs. Our sessions have helped alleviate my pain, gain mobility and strength, and motivate me to continue to stay active with what I now know. She is an invaluable asset to the Texas Physical Therapy Specialists.

Dr. Brooks got me after I had started recovering from a stroke. I was in sad shape to put it mildly. We started from pretty much at zero and he gave me exercises and confidence to get myself back together physically. I enjoyed the times I came in . Started with two times a week, then once a week and on August 28th I had gotten myself to the end of my time with him. I celebrated my 75th Birthday in great fashion getting my health back to being functional. Thank you Dr. Brooks I will miss visiting with you.

I highly recommend Dr. Tanner Depew, PT, DPT, Physical Therapist at Texas Physical Therapy Specialist at West Parmer Lane, Austin, Texas 78727. I was struggling with my right shoulder rotator cuff that had been torn since 2023. I had my first surgery on my right shoulder rotator cuff on 4/ 2024, but I never got well. Pain is still there. I asked my first surgeon if we could do an MRI of my shoulder so we could find out why I'm still having terrible pain, and my range of motion never goes back, so after the MRI, we found out I got a retear of my right shoulder rotator cuff. I need to do another surgery on my right shoulder rotator cuff ( revision ). At this time, I decided to get a second opinion before I revise. I met the Seton Orthopedic surgeon, and we revised my rotator cuff. I noticed this surgeon did a really good job. My surgeon referred me to a Texas Physical Therapy Specialist for my PT. After 4 weeks of working with Dr. Tanner Depew, PT, DPT, Physical Therapist. I'm already feeling a significant improvement. I can move my right arm with no pain. My range of motion is improving in just 4 weeks. Dr. Tanner Depew, PT, DPT, Physical Therapist, is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to explain to me everything about what causes of pain in my head and long biceps, deltoid, right shoulder blade, and my right elbow clearly, making me feel confident in the treatment plan. I'm now able to use and move, push, and lift my right arm without pain. Dr. Tanner Depew, PT, DPT, is not only a skilled therapist but also a great listener and motivator. Dr. Depew took the time to understand my needs. I always looked forward to my appointments, and I'm so happy with my progress, I can't stop saying thank you to them. I'm so grateful for their help.

The front desk staff member Emily Raikin, who checks in and checks out patients, is very kind, wonderful, helpful, and respectful. Emily is knowledgeable about explaining insurance. Ashleigh Gamez and Audrey, medical assistants, are not only skilled medical assistants they are also treating everyone with respect and like family. The director, Jason Brown, PT, DPT, OCS. He treats his people with respect and the same with their patients., He is very kind. I highly recommend this clinic! Life was a real pain the neck before I started coming to here! Dr Deah and everyone were so helpful and encouraging! Everyone is so knowledgeable and I highly encourage anyone who needs PT to see them to get the help you need.

Wonderful staff that cares. Dr. Deah tailored my therapy plans to my needs, and adjusted throughout based on my progress. Emily was always welcoming and incredibly helpful at the front desk, and the rest if the staff was always friendly and great to work with.

The doctors are all really nice here. I have been to physical therapy before, but this is my first time here, and I would definitely recommend them. Doctor Aubrey Jegier was really helpful and informative. She was always open to questions, and I never felt stupid for asking them. All the Doctors, and Cat at the front desk were great at small talk and everyone gave me a feeling of welcomeness.
I may even mess up my knee on purpose for another visit!
All jokes aside they are good people who will take care of you, so I definitely recommend taking your business here.

I can’t thank Doctor Aubrey enough for the incredible care and support she provided during my recovery from both my knee surgeries. From the very first session, I felt confident that I was in the best hands. She took the time to understand my goals, my concerns, and tailored every part of my treatment to help me regain strength, mobility, and confidence.

If you are looking for a physical therapist who combines clinical experience with empathy and professionalism, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Forrest Brooks. I will admit I was very skeptical because I had previously been under the care of another provider at a different facility, who did not deliver promising results, however, from my very first appointment with Dr. Brooks, I was confident I had made the right decision to better my physical well-being. Each appointment was a perfect balance of expert guidance, encouragement, and challenge. Throughout the duration of each appointment, he tailored exercises and techniques to meet my specific needs and never hesitated to make modifications when I expressed concerns. It’s evident that Dr. Brooks genuinely cares about the health of his patients and their progress throughout therapy. His positive approach and professional guidance made each session rewarding. I received very good therapy at Texas Physical Therapy Specialists. One series of visits was for recovery from knee replacement therapy and a second series for bursitis treatment. Jason in particular was quite knowledgeable as well as thorough. I recommend this clinic.

I saw Dr. Jason Brown for ACL rehab the past 9 months. He is hands down the best PT I’ve ever been to. He is knowledgeable, kind, and really pushed me physically and mentally. He made sure my goal of running the Chicago marathon was at the forefront of my recovery plan. Today I am finally being discharged and I can confidently say I wouldn’t be where I am at today without Dr. Brown. All the staff at this clinic are great and made me feel comfortable every visit. My third round with these good folks! Everyone there is absolutely amazing. My last two rounds, Dr. Trey worked his magic. I had my shoulder replaced. They did a reverse joint placement (socket & ball reversed). This is more difficult than the usual. I got guidance, encouragement and great support. I’ve been released and my Dr. was impressed with the extent and speed of my recovery. Thank you all!

I just had an amazing experience with at TPTS! I went in with a lot of pain in my legs. Aubrey (and sometimes Holly) were able to get to the heart of my issue. On Aubrey’s advice, I went back to my PCP and we were able to get the diagnosis I required to get the care I needed. Aubrey listened, provided empathetic care, and gently got me literally back on my feet. I am happy that I got to ring the gong yesterday, but I will miss the nice folks. The exceptional crew at the front desk (Emily and Katerina) met me with humor and smiles. I changed insurance during my treatment, and Emily did an amazing job of sorting it out and staying on top of what the change meant. The assistants I worked with were friendly, knowledgeable, and very good at making small talk while they checked my blood pressure on every visit. The doctors I worked with (Aubrey and Holly) were both exceptional and responsive to my questions. They helped me get through a very painful time. Highly recommended!

Holly York is a great therapist! She listens to you and adjusts her techniques and your homework. She remembers more of your issues than you do.
