					Prior to having Total Hip Replacement I researched extensively as to where and with whom I wanted to complete my physical therapy, it was exhausting. I decided on Texas Physical Therapy Specialists on 16625 Huebner Rd. I walked in and introduced myself to Dr. Zachary "Zach" Kovacevic and explained I would have hip replacement surgery in two weeks. Zach took his time and discussed treatment options, approximately how long it would take to get me back to full function assuring me he would provide excellent care to me. The location and hours are convenient and the facility is extremely clean and cared for. They consistently wipe equipment down after each persons use. I was impressed with how personalized my therapy sessions were and the individual attention I received. My experience with Zach and Texas Physical Therapy was second to none. Since working with Zach I have greatly improved my flexibility, strength and endurance. I am back to biking, working out and doing anything I feel like doing. I highly recommend Dr. Zach Kovacevic and this facility as the entire team is professional and friendly, what a phenomenal group!

					My very first encounter with my therapist, Chris, was actually by happenstance while he was filling in for my therapist at a different location.  After only three

hands-on exercises I felt relief in places I hadn't had relief in for many months.  My question to him right at that moment was "Oh, my gosh, where have you been all of my life?  My next visit after that was at the office he regularly works at in Deerfield and my physical life hasn't been the same since. Never have I looked forward to going to physical therapy like I do now because I know that I am going to get some immediate relief before I leave there, not in all places, of course, but in some part(s) of my body. I feel that more Physical Therapists should use the hands-on approach that Chris and Zach use on their patients, rather than just leaving them to do all of the workout on their own, especially, when that approach is not working out.  I am SO GLAD that Chris substituted for my therapist that day so I could meet him and learn a whole new approach to relieving my physical pain.  Thank you all SO MUCH, Chris and Zach for not only being great at what you do, but for also being GREAT people!! 🥰❤️👏🏾👏🏾

					I would highly recommend the 16625 Huebner Road, San Antonio location of the Texas Physical Therapy Specialists.  My back pain level when I started was a solid 8/9 after several months of physical therapy my back pain level is barely a 1.  Zachary is honest, knowledgeable, empathic and really listens to his patients.  He seeks to ensure he understands where you are at that moment and addresses the PT to match what is needed. MK is great and keeps the place running.  Chris, a 2nd PT, is a great addition to this location.  The atmosphere was light and always stress free, so much so that several of us fondly began to refer to ourselves as "The 5 O'clock Clean Up Crew".  This location's relaxed atmosphere plus the friendliness of all the staff made my PT time fly by and enjoyable..that is if PT can be enjoyable.  LOL

					I started about 4 weeks ago with very weak hips and rt hip replacement 5/2022.  Zach has been treating me since I started, and I am exceptionally pleased by his depth of knowledge and plan for me.  I have not yet achieved my goals, but today, I am walking more normally, have greater confidence on uneven surfaces and up and down curbs, and much stronger push offs when doing flips in lap pool.  I was originally referred by one of Zach's patients, but my PCP submitted the insurance-based referral.

					Amazing experience. I have been a handful of times ever since I have broken my pelvis, and with just a few sessions, I almost feel no pain and finally can get back to my life before as if nothing happened. I also feel very comfortable when I go, the staff is amazing, and get my appointments scheduled right away when I need them. The most important thing is that I am asked a lot of questions about what hurts, what doesn’t, and I have noticed a huge difference since I have been coming, especially with walking and daily activities. Highly recommended!!!

					The staff at Texas Physical Therapy Associates off Huebner and Bitters is amazing! Drs. Zach and Chris, and their receptionist, MaKayla, are very welcoming, accomodating, and attentive. It's a great atmosphere and there's always good music playing. Their facility is clean and they wipe down all surfaces after each patient session. I have mostly worked with Chris on my knee and lower back rehabilitation for the past two months and am finally seeing the results I have been praying for over the last three years. The muscle growth, strength, and joint stability I have developed over the summer is such a blessing to my quality of life and I am so grateful for the mobility and endurance I have as a busy mom of 7. (I hadn't made much progress within the past 1.5-2 years despite seeing three other PTs at a few other nearby locations.) I highly recommend these docs for your PT needs!

					I can't rate Texas Physical Therapy high enough. I had been in extreme sciatic pain for a few weeks and finally convinced my primary physician for physical therapy. Dr. Zach Kovacevic pinpointed the problem from an x-ray and immediately prescribed some exercises. Relief was almost instant. A few follow-up visits and I haven't felt this good in years. TPT is amazing.

					I went to recover from an ankle injury, they treated me one to one all the time, Dr. Zachary Kovacevic, was always attentive, asking about my progress.



I thought I was going to live with pain forever because my injury was bothering me for over a year, after a couple months I recovered and the pain was gone, I feel relieved.



If you ever need to recover from an injury this is the place that will fix you.

					I was referred from the VA over to the TX PT specialists due to major back pain that I was having for weeks leading into months at a time. Zack took me under his wing to help alleviate, if not dismiss all of my pain that i was having when I first started. The exercises & stretches definitely help me even at home on my down time. For the short amount of time that I’ve been coming here i love the staff S/o to MK & Chris also ❤️, they’re very friendly & caring. Not only do I love the environment, the music playlist is a plus too!! 😎

					This has been best PT experience I’ve ever had. Chris @ the Deerfield location has brought me a long way from having to use a cane to being able to walk upright without assistance.

I had severe back pain that has all but vanished.

					I feel like I won the lottery when I found Dr Zachary Kovacevic at the Huebner location. I had a complete rupture of my Achilles Tendon and he has worked wonders in my ability to recover. At one point I had terrible sciatic pain from wearing a boot and he completely fixed that too. Dr Chris is also amazing and has worked on me numerous times.
