Francisco Melendez PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT
Francisco Melendez PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT
Dr. Melendez attended the University of Texas at El Paso where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2010 and his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2012. He became an Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) in 2015. He also became a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (FAAOMPT) in 2019.
Dr. Melendez enjoys using his education to treat patients of all backgrounds, but especially loves treating lower back pain, neck, and shoulder pain. He takes a special interest in pain neuroscience education and manual therapy interventions. Dr. Melendez finds it rewarding to help his patients enjoy their lives without persistent pain.
When not in the clinic, Dr. Melendez enjoys volunteering at Tree of Life Church. He also enjoys being outdoors floating the river, camping, and hiking. He is an avid Arizona Diamondbacks and Indianapolis Colts fan.

Physical Therapist AssistantJeff Alexander attended Austin Community College where he earned his Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapy. In 1992 he earned his certification in Myofascial Release.
Jeff enjoys using his education and experience to treat patients of variable diagnoses and backgrounds. He takes a special interest in manual therapy interventions related to myofascial and neuroscience pain.
When Jeff is not in the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his family, as well as tending to his yard and plants. He is an avid college football and Alabama Crimson Tide fan.

Physical TherapistDr. Colleen Shadburne earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from the University of St. Augustine in Austin, Texas. Prior to that, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Texas State University. Upon completing her doctorate, Colleen began an orthopedic residency program through Evidence In Motion (EIM) and is currently working towards becoming an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS).
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Shadburne is passionate about continuing education and staying current with the latest advancements in physical therapy. She regularly attends workshops and seminars to further hone her skills and expand her knowledge base. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband, outings with her dog, exercising, hiking and spending time with her family.
