Zach Meineke PT, DPT, OCS, MTC
Clinic DirectorZach attended Concordia University in Nebraska where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Biology. Upon graduation, he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Concordia University in Wisconsin, where he continued to practice as a Physical Therapist until moving to Austin.
Zach is a Board-Certified Orthopaedic Specialist and has received his Manual Therapy Certification through Evidence In Motion. Having been raised in a family of educators, Zach is passionate about educating patients so that they can best understand their treatment and how it will help them achieve their goals.
Zach enjoys being active and remains an avid runner. He and his wife met while competing in track and cross country at the collegiate level. Both continue to train and compete, although their training runs have evolved to include more stroller use to provide an outing for their four young children. Zach loves being with his family and rooting for all his hometown Colorado sports teams.
Taylor Kotzo PT, DPT
Taylor Kotzo PT, DPT
Taylor Kotzo earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of St Augustine for Health Sciences. Prior to that, Taylor obtained her Bachelor of Science in Health Studies from Purdue University Northwest.
Taylor is most interested in treating sports and orthopedic injuries.
In her free time, Taylor enjoys exercising, paddle boarding, hiking, spending time outside, and listening to live music.

Trebor Steel PT, DPT
Trebor Steel earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. Prior to that, Trebor obtained his Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology from the University of Oregon.
Trebor is most interested in treating shoulder injuries related to the overhead athlete and ACL reconstructions.
In his free time, Trebor enjoys playing sports and craft beer tasting.

Physical TherapistKara Lydzinski earned both her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and Bachelor of Science from Boston University in MA, where she also competed all four years on their division I swim team.
Kara is most interested in treating lower extremity sports and orthopedic injuries.
In her free time, Kara enjoys staying active in the gym, listening to her vinyl records, traveling and exploring new coffee shops in Austin.
