Bee Cave – Texas Physical Therapy Specialists

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Tyler and team. They have healed me twice. Once for my back and once for a fractured pelvis. If you have ever doubted that physical therapy can work, just go see them and you’ll be amazed!!!

The entire TPTS Bee Cave team is amazing! I came in after an elbow fracture, wearing a brace, and I’m leaving stronger than before. Chloe, Alex, Tyler, and the whole staff made PT both supportive and fun. Highly recommend!

This was my second time here and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. The whole team is great and the environment is fun, challenging and makes you work! Tyler is incredibly knowledgeable, he has assisted in talking me through how to strengthen and help my pain. Thanks to them for all they’ve done for me!

I became a patient/client of TPTSpecialists in Bee Cave upon a mysterious left (non-dominant) shoulder injury that began in April-May 2024. So much pain sent me to the Orthopedic MDs I usually see. X-ray yielded weird dx like bursitis, possible tears, etc, but no arthritis.
Sheesh.
I ended up at TX PTS Bee Cave and it saved me!

After more X-rays, an mri and a change to a shoulder surgeon (reviewed elsewhere), I went into PT full on. No results. The DX of this MD was more that the AC /clavicle were bone on bone.
TX PT Specialist, Alex McRaven, encouraged me to see the MD again and re-evaluate the possibility of surgery. Good thing he did. In surgery, they learned that indeed it was a bone spur to bone spur causing all that pain.

With physical therapy less than 3 days after, we madevisits to the Surgeon and my internal med doc, we finally found our flexibility and some strength again.

It was a long recovery (6 months) and still a little way to go to regain full strength, but listening to Alex (who encouraged me to bring the surgeon/md back into the post op care) and crew got me to where I have no more constant pain,

I have great flexibility that I’ve not had in a year! I am so darn relieved.

Note that PT is up to you. Show up and learn. Get print outs or emails of the variety of exercises. Listen.
Let the manual therapy they complete help you heal.

If ever I get that serious type of pain again, I will absolutely go back to them. It takes a lot for me to trust people and I am so glad I trusted Tx Physical Therapy Specialist. I would recommend them to anyone!

This review is past due. I suffered from sciatica pain over a year ago and was able to get rid of it after a few months of PT at the Bee Cave location.
The team is competent, fun, and courteous.

My 13 year old daughter loved going here! She was determined to recovery from a broken leg in time for school/sports and every therapist she worked with was very kind and patient and explained the exercises well. Definitely would recommend- easy parking and easy to get into facilities!

When it comes to Texas Physical Therapy Specialists I’m at loss for words.
Let me stop playing.
I cannot recommend TPTS highly enough! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by friendly faces and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The entire team made me feel comfortable and welcome, from the receptionist, Jennica to the therapists themselves- Demi, Chloe and Tyler Miller (Clinic Director). They weren’t shy about pushing me when I was dragging either. I mean- the goal is to get better, correct. As such, a gentle firm nudge is necessary occasionally.
And when I tell you the level of care and expertise provided by TPTS is truly exceptional. You had better believe me. They took their time thoroughly assessing my condition, developing a personalized treatment plan that targeted my specific needs. Their attention to detail and commitment to helping me achieve my goals was evident during every session.

So, for those keeping score at home- 1. They provide top-notch care. 2. Pleasantly, inviting atmosphere. 3. they also empowered me with the knowledge and tools I needed to continue my progress outside of the clinic. Valuable advice on exercises I could do at home to retain what we accomplished.

Trust me when I tell you, my overall experience was nothing short of exceptional. Thanks to TPTS I have made significant progress in my recovery. I am truly grateful to the entire team for their outstanding care and support.

The team was fantastic to work with. I went in after surgery on my ankle for three fractured bones. I was barely able to walk and was worried I’d never get back to being able to walk without a limp, jog and ride horses. Tyler M and the rest of the team did a great job of setting clear goals and tracking every activity to hitting those goals. Tyler even created an exercise specifically to strengthen my ankle for getting in and out of the saddle. The team always did a great job of providing personalized attention to each patient. I’m back to running and riding again with no issues!

I came to TexPST for help with a really bad case of Achilles Tedonopathy. I began my physical therapy and within a couple weeks could feel a difference. Then I had one stem cell shot and one PRP shot. After a two week hiatus from the PRP, I resumed working with Tyler Miller. He is an outstanding PT! As a Personal Trainer and someone who over the years has had multiple overuse injuries, I have been to many PT session with clients and for myself. Tyler is hands down a standout!! Not only is he great at his job but he is very kind and patient. Overall, the staff at this Bee Cave branch are fabulous! They have camaraderie, humor and kindness and have created an environment that’s welcoming and fun!! No bad vibes or snarky staff. Keep up the good work. We’re so lucky to have good PT out our way!!! Fantastic experience with the team at Texas PTS. Made unbelievable progress over two months of PT and received solid instruction for continued personal therapy. A strong team that was an immense amount of fun to work with!

I cannot rave enough about the fantastic folks at this clinic. Tyler M. was particularly skillful, friendly, and compassionate, and I actually looked forward to every visit. I was almost sorry to finish my treatment, but with restored mobility and very little remaining discomfort, I feel 100% better!

Great physical therapists and staff, clean facility, and convenient location. They helped my knee and lower back issues quickly! I have never done PT before, but now I highly recommend Texas Physical Therapy Specialists!

This team is the best. They always take the time to ask about your injury and listen to you. They are very friendly and genuinely get to know you as a person. These are the PT appointments that you'll look forward to instead of dreading. Catching a Hill Country sunrise at early appointments is a bonus.

The entire staff takes a comprehensive approach in the practice of physical therapy. They are concerned with the whole person, not just the injury. Their goal is to help the client return to their pre-injured lifestyle quickly and safely.

I am in my 18th week of recovery for an ACL repair and TPTS has been instrumental in my rehabilitation. I have been an athlete my entire life. I have had previous injuries that needed surgery and PT. This team is BY FAR the best I've experienced. They have helped me set and hit goals, ensured the best excercises for me and held me accountable for my progression and recovery. They taught me how to lessen the appearance of my scars, new techniques and stretches and helped me plan excercises for vacations so I didn't fall off track. This review is written during COVID-19. They follow safety protocols appropriately.

What an awesome experience! My quality of life has returned and been enhanced! Alyssa and Michelle provide a friendly and professional environment where you feel safe and welcome. They are very knowledgeable skilled Physical Therapy Specialists. I am a very physically active 63 yr. old male who spent the last 48 years in a gym lifting weights, love golf, fishing and traveling. They have helped me mostly eliminate to minimize, and how to control my chronic neck and shoulder issues. Most importantly they have provided me with the tools and knowledge to continue managing my physical health with a whole new process on how I should be working out. Went in with shoulder & groin injuries from swimming & weight lifting, respectively, and left treatment feeling great. My primary care physician provided the recommendation and I lucked out in getting paired with Alyssa. Over the years, I have been to several different physical therapists and of them I had the best experience with Alyssa. She would help me through exercises I had never see nor heard of and they effectively addressed my pain points. Her knowledge of all things physical therapy is truly impressive. Highly recommend.
